I was in need of a pool so I did some internet research and found that Sahm ac was very close to my home. It's only 5 bucks to get it, and this is a very clean facility' I love that the pool is so large, and has many different places for kids and adults! I think the slides are an awesome touch as well. Nice quiet pool. Lots of chairs and plenty of shade if you don't want to be in the sun. Great kiddie area with zero entry and lots of fun splashing fountains. Plenty of room to swim in the deeper parts. Great slides for big kids and adults. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that the ladies room was DISGUSTING. place honestly sucks. when we first got there, they want to tell us there's not enough gaurds to run the slides , then when I'm laying back on my chair I count a total of 10 gaurds , and two supervisors. so , your telling me 12 guards and TWO supervisors can't run this small ass place ?!?! workers here are lazy and are full of shit , atleast the Fourth of July shift is. read more

Sahm Park rocks! The kids are obviously fans of the "hugemongous" pool and slides ... and they're especially glad to be tall enough to go down the slides now. Birthday parties are incredible at Sahm Aquatic Center, for almost any age--thanks to the zero-depth swimming area. Walk right in. Sit down. Enjoy the cool water on a hot day. It's great! Prices are cheap, too. Sure beats going to an amusement park or hotel for water slides! 2 and younger get in free. Ages 3-17 cost $4. Adults pay $5. Seniors pay $4. SO CHEAP! And SO WORTH IT when it's hot as heck and all you need is to get out of the house and do something fun! Five stars and two thumbs WAY UP. read more

Serves its purpose without spending a lot of cash. The lines go pretty quick for the slides and the snack bar is modestly priced.

Pro: This place is great for kids. My son is only 18 months and would cry when it was time to leave. He loved the how the shallow water would give him freedom. I just wish I would have found it earlier in the summer but look forward to next year. Con: Closes too early in the summer :( read more

My first visit yesterday. Staff was all very nice. Locker room was clean but low on hand soap. Lots of chairs around pool. The only catch: pool isn't heated and is still brutally cold. They have short course and one long course lap lane roped off, but after 1100m long course, I was still shivering. Pack a wetsuit until the water warms up. read more

Great place for a low price. Also under 2 is free. Great place near Castleton mall for kids and adults to get cool on a hot summer day! My fearless child loved it so much that he cried when we dragged him out to go home. Lots of swallow water area for him to walk around and also tall water slides for the big kids. Umbrella shaded area for the non-swimmers to rest away from direct sun rays. read more

I've been coming to Sahms for a long time and it used to be great! But I went the other day for the first time in a long time and was really disappointed. I'm going to start out with the trash can out front right before you walk in that was literally overflowing with trash, it smelled AWFUL and it was so full that the trash was falling out and blowing away. Now that wouldn't of been that big of a deal but I looked up and there were 4 employees just sitting there in the front entrance staring at their phones. Bad impression when you're first walking in. Second the staff just wasn't very friendly or welcoming. It's all ran by a bunch of kids, which is understandable. Next, We went to the concession stand and literally waited in line for 25 mins then waited another 20 minutes for 2 freakin' hot dogs! That weren't even good! The nachos tasted funky too. I used to LOVE sahms hot dogs. I felt bad for the poor girl working back there as she was all alone and clearly didn't have anything prepped and ready. But what really bugged me was that, what it looked like, a manager stepped in there and was just chit chatting away to her as she was clearly very behind and had a long line and didn't even stop to help her or acknowledge any of us who have been waiting. Then proceeded to leave (again not even acknowledging any of us in line who have clearly been waiting way too long) and just diddle daddled and walked a few laps around the pool. Again, there were multiple people just SITTING around playing corn hole as all of this was happening. Another thing that bothered me was that they have a "no running" rule and always blow their whistle and tell at the children who run but I saw this other guy, who also presented himself as a manager, run back and forth across the concrete multiple times. kind of contradicting. It seems to me that sahms has very poor management and is very unorganized. Nothing like it used to be. Although it is a nice water park, good pricing and quiet. Just needs someone to step up and manage the place correctly! read more

So we looked up parks with High dives. We have a pool in our yard but our son really wanted to go use a high dive. Went to their website. Listed 2 high dives. Filled the car. Loaded the boys. Got there. Guess what? No high dives. Update your website. Sooooo frustrating. read more

I had never been here until recently and was pleasantly surprised! it was not crowded, the slides looked like fun, and I was impressed with the level of attention the lifeguards had on all the little ones. decent price. a great place for if you want to swim, and keep the kids safe. read more
