Front desk is friendly and helpful, the parking lot looks busy but I always find a spot within a minute, the equipment is all new and they have multiple machines for many exercises! I barely have to wait if ever, maybe a couple minutes for the extension machines but other than that no wait which I have never experienced at another gym! Also, if you join the middle tier you get access to the pool area and the massage chairs which are l overly! Oh and the price can't be beat! I don't know what everyone is complaining about. Yes, there is an annual fee but it's minimal and only charged if you stay 60 days, most places I've been to charge an activation or annual fee up front! It's listed everywhere before you sign up, so just read the agreement first. Anyhow, l or this gum!

They steal your money and lie to you. You have to stay on hold for a hour to actually get to a person. so if you have a job, be perpeard to take a day off to cancel or have them the rest of your life. They get you with the low cost, but they are like a cult and will never let you leave. And they are always packed so be prepared to stand around half the time you're there. SUCH A AWFUL PLACE TO DEAL WITH!!!! Save yourself the headache!! Don't get a join

I don'[t use the pool, or sauna areas. I joined to workout with a trainer to tone up from a car accident. Ashton is AMAZING!! He looks the part. He's not afraid to get down and work some with me. He has knowledge and wisdom to keep you challenged, as well as a personality. We laugh and train which is a awesome partnership for my ways. He doesn't look all over the gym during our time, to see "Who's looking at me" type.( I've trained at other gyms where it seems that is the focus of trainers rather then their clients.) Every week he knows how to push me and which areas of the gym to incorporate weather its mats and a boson ball, bikes, kettlebells, weights, machines or just body weight strengthening. Kudos to Ashton, I will always sing his praises.

Kind of torn on my rating of Crunch Fitness…read more.. I probably wouldn't even leave a review honestly, but today changed my mind. Today I woke up before 5am to get a workout in. I pulled up and found only a couple of cars in the lot, with people waiting in them. The opening employee apparently didn't show up to work. Over the past couple of months the front desk staff has been not great. There was one guy who was always on his personal cell talking to someone on speakerphone at like 5am. Super weird, and he couldn't be that helpful because he was preoccupied. There was literally one day, where there was a gal at the desk, she was very very nice-engaged-pleasant. Saw her once and then never again. The guy following her couldn't be bothered to look up from his cell phone as people scanned in. This is a horrible impression of the business and their attention to their customers. Plus without someone paying attention the safety of customers is lacking too. The gym always seems clean. Gym users seem to be great about wiping equipment down after use. And the general condition of equipment is good. Price is acceptable too.

Only 2 lanes were open for laps, but I only had to share a lane, briefly. There were swim classes, so it was loud, but I don't mind happy sound. ;) I wanted to ride the huge motorized animals they have for the kids. ;P Hot tub was large & nice 'n' steamy. Shower had good water pressure & was hot enough for me (I like it pretty hot.) Very uncrowded on a Thursday evening about 5-6pm (pool closed, I think she said, about 6:30)

I've…read morealways appreciated the facility and have consistently paid a premium membership because I value having access to quality equipment - especially the basketball courts. But over the last 6 months, staff has implemented a policy where they lift the main basketball goals and make them unavailable, citing vandalism as the reason. I understand the need to protect equipment, but penalizing paying members -- even when the gym is completely empty -- feels unreasonable and frustrating. If vandalism is truly an issue, there are better solutions - increased supervision, security measures, or accountability for the individuals responsible -- rather than restricting access for everyone. After seven years of loyalty, I expect better communication and a solution that doesn't diminish the value of my membership. Right now, it feels like I'm paying full price for reduced access.

For roughly $24 you get access to the gym with so many bonuses. You have a variety of other business that give you discounts to their business as well, massage chairs, a hydro massage chair of sorts, tanning and red light therapy. You also can bring a guest any time you'd like which is such a big deal. That means I'll always have a workout buddy which will keep me so much more motivated. My 13 year old son comes with me and absolutely loves it. This location has a huge variety of machines for cardio as well as weights. So far since I've joined I've noticed that the staff is super friendly and really laid back. Everyone seems so happy and that really is something I look for as a customer as well. Happy staff always equates to a great experience for the customer. I don't think I could come up with a negative word to say even when pressed to.
