Coaches are very knowledgeable and work with your schedule. Reasonably priced. Well maintained and great atmosphere.

Kind of torn on my rating of Crunch Fitness…read more.. I probably wouldn't even leave a review honestly, but today changed my mind. Today I woke up before 5am to get a workout in. I pulled up and found only a couple of cars in the lot, with people waiting in them. The opening employee apparently didn't show up to work. Over the past couple of months the front desk staff has been not great. There was one guy who was always on his personal cell talking to someone on speakerphone at like 5am. Super weird, and he couldn't be that helpful because he was preoccupied. There was literally one day, where there was a gal at the desk, she was very very nice-engaged-pleasant. Saw her once and then never again. The guy following her couldn't be bothered to look up from his cell phone as people scanned in. This is a horrible impression of the business and their attention to their customers. Plus without someone paying attention the safety of customers is lacking too. The gym always seems clean. Gym users seem to be great about wiping equipment down after use. And the general condition of equipment is good. Price is acceptable too.

Coo location , lots of parking …read more Pretty limited on what you can do here weight room wise. Spent $15 for a day pass and decently worth it since you get access to the amenities (I don't use those tho, and they did bait and switch me but that's okay because I was gonna spend the $15 anyways but funny they told me it would be free day pass on phone then charged in person ‍) Wish the area with mirrors was better for lifting The funny thing is gyms are supposed to upsell you on a membership. They didn't even ask me in person if I wanted to join. Seems to be a lack of culture and community here which I'll respectfully pass on being a member here. But as I said above if a business does a bait and switch they aren't to be trusted and don't deserve your money.

The lady at the front desk walked me through all the details of the memberships and pricing. She was very detailed and descriptive. That was outstanding service from her. As a mother of two kiddos with special needs, I rely a lot on "all gender/ universal" changing rooms to help and assist my children changing and showering. I was thrilled to see this location has multiple of these changing rooms. It really helps a lot! Without nitpicking too much, this section could use bigger lockers. As a family of multiples we carry more than one standard bag, so it'd help if everything could fit all in one big locker. The shower stalls and toilet area could be a bit cleaner, sometimes you go in there and it reeks of urine. Lastly, pertaining to the pool area, the slide is hardly ever open. I usually only see it open for the kids in swim classes, the fountain / spray area is always off. So it really takes away from that as its main attraction. The lifeguards take multiple 15min breaks every 30-40 min. We once spent a total of 45min of lifeguard breaks (everyone has to exit the water). Some of the lifeguards are friendly and informative, while some are cocky and condescending. It could be because they're all so young which is no excuse, or they just don't like their job. From a mere observation, I hardly see any of them keeping a headcount, or ever really having their eyes on the pools. Some are just starting into space. So parents, make sure you're within arms reach if you have smaller children. Don't heavily rely that the lifeguards are always watching for an emergency. Overall, pretty good place.

I've been a loyal member of this gym for seven years. I've…read morealways appreciated the facility and have consistently paid a premium membership because I value having access to quality equipment - especially the basketball courts. But over the last 6 months, staff has implemented a policy where they lift the main basketball goals and make them unavailable, citing vandalism as the reason. I understand the need to protect equipment, but penalizing paying members -- even when the gym is completely empty -- feels unreasonable and frustrating. If vandalism is truly an issue, there are better solutions - increased supervision, security measures, or accountability for the individuals responsible -- rather than restricting access for everyone. After seven years of loyalty, I expect better communication and a solution that doesn't diminish the value of my membership. Right now, it feels like I'm paying full price for reduced access.

They're missing some of the more special specialized abs equipment we have at our home gym It was pretty busy for a Friday mid morning. For roughly $24 you get access to the gym with so many bonuses. You have a variety of other business that give you discounts to their business as well, massage chairs, a hydro massage chair of sorts, tanning and red light therapy. You also can bring a guest any time you'd like which is such a big deal. That means I'll always have a workout buddy which will keep me so much more motivated. My 13 year old son comes with me and absolutely loves it. This location has a huge variety of machines for cardio as well as weights. So far since I've joined I've noticed that the staff is super friendly and really laid back. Everyone seems so happy and that really is something I look for as a customer as well. Happy staff always equates to a great experience for the customer. I don't think I could come up with a negative word to say even when pressed to.
