I have recommended this place to a number of friends--with the specials the gym runs occasionally membership has really skyrocketed, which can lead to busy classes sometimes. Also, it seems like with more people we have gradually shifted to shorter workouts (since they are run in heats). Very good mix of young/older, men/women, and everybody is very friendly. It's a lot of fun and a good varied exercise routine. Don't be intimidated, stick with the workouts, and don't forget to take "before" pictures!

I was a bit scared to join CrossFit, because I haven't done weight lifting or intense workouts in 5 years, BUT joining Crossfit7070 was the BEST DECISION I've made in so long. I haven't felt so motivated to workout like this in a while, everyone is super friendly, you don't have to do heavy weights if you're not comfortable with it, I've been feeling so energetic every day, and I'm just excited every day to finish work and go workout. So we decided to take a break from CF and find a gym thats open all day long (making it to scheduled classes was nearly impossible!) Fit365 is in the heart of Downtown - which is a bit of a drive for us but the flexibility in schedule makes it worth it. The gym is small, but it has everything you could need for a good sweat. It has a lot of treadmills and ellipticals - although I must confess I have never used one (I dont do this type of cardio!) There's a wonderful selection of dumbbells that are kept in really good order and range from 10 lbs to about 75 lbs (I believe.. dont quote me - I never go past 45 lbs!) The owner, Ray, is very friendly and welcoming. The prices are super reasonable and the facility is kept clean. I would love to have a window for both natural light and fresh air (especially during COVID times) but thats just me being super picky. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants a good workout without the frills of a fancy establishment.

And it was just that - a perfect fit for our needs at this time. We stopped by, met David, got the tour and came back a few days later and joined. The rates are quite nice. Today marks the end of 6 straight weeks of 3-times weekly workouts we've gotten in. David is always very helpful in making sure we're using the proper form on each piece of gear and all the other clients we've encountered here have been very nice.
