It's a no frills type of place and i mean that in the best way. You get in. You sign a waiver if it's your first time. And you have some cubbies to put your belongings in. But it's a butt kicker! I did the CIRC HIIT class with Chris. The circuit is written on a board and they go over the exercises with the group prior to beginning. There were 10 stations and we did each one 3 times for 40 seconds. Stations ranged from planks with hip dips, TRX rows, sprints, wall squats; rower and more. It truly is a full body workout. It was a welcoming group although a small one. I went with two friends and that really helped us ease into the routine. If you like active / athletic type of training then is the place with plenty of turf to run on, push sleds, compete in battle ropes.
