Janet is an AMAZING trainer. Whether you are advanced, a beginner, or have special needs there seems to be equipment for all. More importantly, Janet is highly experienced in Pilates, as well as TRX, and a variety of other fitness classes. I have worked with several trainers over the years and Janet is by far the most motivational and professional ( by far my favorite in the Indy area).
