There are not enough reviews for this gym, and there should be more 5 stars!…read more I've been visiting from Washington DC for a little over two weeks, and I wanted to find a gym that I could go to, and thankfully I found Crossfit Hendersonville!!! They have three coaches, Lindsey, Alex, and Scott who are extremely knowledgeable, go through each exercise with the group, walk around and provide tips, guidance and instruction to the members to make sure that they are doing the exercise properly as to not to injure yourself and to get the most benefit out of it. Their workout programs are thoroughly thought through for each week, and provided on their website. They apparently moved in to a new facility, and it is top notch! Plenty of room, nice and clean equipment. They also have classes for kids too, so you can bring your kids with you and everyone gets their sweat on! They acknowledge any new members or walk-ins (like me) at the beginning of the workout, everyone is so nice and welcoming. The coaches make it a point to carefully watch all the new comers and help where needed. I know that I've made huge progress on my T2B's because of Scott and Lindsey. I've also learned new mobility movements, movements to help stretching, injury rehab, etc... I will take everything that I've learned at Crossfit Hendersonville with me back to DC, as well as the friendships that I've made while visiting. I can't thank the coaches and members enough for pushing me, and providing me a great workout experience! I found a new gym while I visit, and I can't wait to come back!

One of the cleanest gyms I've been to. That says a lot about the place. It's got the top arsenal…read moreequipment and all the cardio equipment etc.. I highly recommend this gym!

I would rate this gym lower if I could…read more It was originally flex fitness, that had a great atmosphere, old powerlifting mentality, "pumping iron" on tv while you worked out. They unfortunately got bought out by "iron fit". They have another location in MJ. After buying out flex fitness, the owner immediately increased the pricing without making any modifications, leaving lots of customers frustrated. We were granted access to the MJ location while they renovated the Lebanon location. We were originally told it would be a 2 week turn around. That ended up lasting 6 months. At the MJ location we were told the Lebanon location (5 minutes from me as opposed to 30 minutes one way to MJ) would have a sauna and ice bath. With that information, I gave away my pop up sauna. After they reopened, I was not a fan of the new equipment. To me it's janky. For those that do not know, iron fit is an influencer gym. I would often come in early in the morning where I'd see people with tripods set up throughout the gym, half naked people at 330/4/430am. In my opinion, it's too early for that. Aside from that, the ice bath and sauna were not available to members. It was a "special add on" $100 for 3 sessions that were up to an hour each. I quickly because unenthused then one day was working out mid day with the owner cussing at someone over the phone while being trained by a trainer. I had asked to cancel my membership due to no longer liking the gym and tearing my shoulder. I send an email where I received an email with a QR code to cancel a few days later. I was annoyed and decided to go in to make sure it was cancelled. I spoke with the manger there named Raven. I was told the membership was cancelled. Since then, I have received phone call after phone call informing me that I owe a balance. I had a feeling they were going to try and charge me so I blocked the charges. I followed up with the manager who told me since I didn't verify the email it wasn't cancelled and I owe a balance. That infuriated me because I went in to avoid any future troubles. I emailed them again and said I would leave a negative review if they continued to harass me. I will add all communications here now so you know I am not lying.
