I question and shared how I REALLY need to stretch I'm in pain and it's supposed to be open another 40 minutes on schedule and there is clearly another person swimming in front of us, so how can it be closed? He just yelled at me and still didn't tell me why. I have no idea who or why he was there. Cane other days when pool was support he open and they had signs saying closed" when it was supposed to be open. They don't really have a good amount of machines other than tons of treadmills compared to LA fitness. And as others mentioned they stay broken a long time. But I need to work my back and don't use free weights. The hot sauna was broken for MONTHS! And was so unclean inside. I couldn't believe I had been sitting in there. But I'm sure it was due to the lady exfoliating herself and no one cleaning it! It makes me want to vomit thinking of it. I wanted a water yoga class but they didn't have evening classes for me. Only during the day when I couldn't go. For a large expensive place it makes no sense they could not hire for evening classes. Kids area-while I don't trust anyone to watch my kids personally, my best friend had a terrible experience there. Other kids would bully her kids and staff didn't seem to care. She could only take her kids a set limited time during the day so too bad if you can't make that block of time despite the fact you pay twice as much to bring kids you can literally only go when they say you can because pools and splash pads for kids aren't open or are closed constantly. The last straw was her son was arguing with his sibling as siblings do, but it was handled terribly. Instead of going to get her if there was indeed a problem , the staff dragged him down the hallway and when he thought he was out of sight, she saw him throw him on the ground. She happened to have come down for pick up at the time and was following them wondering why he had her son down a secluded hallway alone, He didn't apologize or anything. Terrible way of handling a child.

It's always clean and well maintained and never overly crowded when I'm there (I go in usually right at 5pm'ish and think it's because there are still people on the road getting off work). I would suggest maybe getting 1 more stationary upright bike as there is currently only 1 and it can be a pain when someone is on it for 45 minutes and I want to get on for 10 mins to warm up my cardio, but other than that I have ZERO complaints....I have not gone to another AF in the area but really don't care too as this facility satisfies all my needs.... On a side note, I think it's cool they have a vending machine that is tied to your key fob and if you need water or protein or even ear buds, you can use your key fob and they will charge it to your monthly fee. Worth every penny. Today I was treated so poorly by AB a hair stylist and colorist at Lifespa Fitness in CYPRESS TX with 14 years experience. She refused to do my service and humiliated me infront of other customers. Six weeks ago she colored my roots, cut my hair and blew it out. She advised me to book a root touch up, gloss & face framing cut at check out and schedule it before my birthday brunch. I took her advice and scheduled it the day before my 51st birthday brunch. Today was my appointment the day before my birthday brunch tomorrow. She walked up already in a bad mood. The traffic had me 15 mins late. I apologized for my delay. Maybe she was feeling over whelmed because the time I was scheduled for my service was 4pm and it was going to take time. She could have been more polite and professional. She sat me at her station and started dry cutting my hair pieces around my for face framing with a razor. The ends of my hair she was cutting with a razor look like split ends. I spoke up and asked can she use scissors because that makes my hair look like split ends. Which is a problem with my thick hair. Point cutting also makes my hair look like split ends. We had this conversation at my last appointment with her. She mixed the color but did not start to deposit it on my root. She was offended I asked her to use scissors instead of a razor. Instead of being accommodating she refused to do my hair and pushed me to leave. I explained to her tomorrow is my birthday brunch and you said you would take care of my hair the last time I saw you. I asked will you at least do my roots and a blow out. She refused. I was so humiliated. I saw her 6 weeks ago. She was so nice, talkative and fun. Today she was horrible. There was NO MANAGER on site to speak to about this horrible humiliating treatment. Be Cautious.

It wasn't busy by other gym standards. Got on every machine that I wanted to easily. What I don't like, their lack of ab machines. I could only see one. And that was fairly popular so got on it late. Told me to send a email and it would be canceled. 200 dollars later and 5 months since then they have still been charging my account. Said he never got email even when I had sent multiple times after being charged in December to once again cancel because I was still being charged since I canceled in September. Pitiful business practice.
