After many attempts at different locations I'm still not able to sign in. Ticket was created last week and I have not heard back. Came back to the Cypress location today and the manager Shaw Hitchcock told me he is again "creating a ticket" and he will forward me the email IT sends him. I sure hope this works because is getting very frustrating dealing with this because I can't reserve my classes if I can't access the app. I just find it very frustrating that there is not a customer service number I can call.

Before I signed up we went over my goals and struggles in detail. I was told what to expect and what will be expected from me. CrossFit sounds really intimidating for somebody who hasn't been physically active in a long time, but I received all the information I need to succeed. They have more power racks that I could imagine, new weights, new machines, new everything. Staff are beyond helpful and nice. I used my insurance to sign up here and it took just a couple minutes. It wasn't busy by other gym standards. Got on every machine that I wanted to easily. What I don't like, their lack of ab machines. I could only see one. And that was fairly popular so got on it late. Past that. Great new little gym here. Will be coming back this week, for sure!

April was our instructor and we had a small class of 4 people. Classes are held in the pool. I was a little scared of falling in the water and everyone did at one point but we mostly stayed on the boards doing the various yoga poses. The class was about 50 minutes long and very well worth the cost of 45.00. We were able to tighten the tether to keep the boards from shifting so much during class. They offer other dates and times and also Pilates.

Other conn limited schedules. If changing coach's constantly doesn't bother you than it's a wonderful atmosphere.
