I started training at CFWE around 3 months ago and have already achieved goals that I thought would take years to obtain. I had previous weightlifting experience with my high school football team and weightlifting program but even with that there were lots of movements i was unfamiliar with or unable to do. The instructors are amazing. No matter if you are experienced in crossfit training or just beginning, they work with you based off your capabilities. They preach good, correct form and safety which is great for injury prevention. They will push you to your limit and even past it if you let them or they think you are capable of it, but they never make you do tasks that are overwhelming for you. No matter if you can do the "Rx" movements or not, they offer scaled versions so you can get a great workout and make improvements either way. They use all Rogue equipment which is the top of the line for quality and safety. The entire CFWE environment in itself is great to be in. Everyone is very uplifting, positive, and motivating before, during, and after the workout. It only takes one try to get addicted and want to be there every day, at least, that's how it was for me. read more

To be a jack of all trades, but a master of none. That is the objective of CrossFit. It is constantly varied, so you never get too comfortable. What is the point of working out if you can just go through the motions? If you aren't challenged, you aren't growing. With CrossFit Warrior Eagle, I can assure you that you'll never be bored, you will always be challenged, and the guidance from the coaches is top notch. Matt (head coach extraordinaire) has an awesome set up that includes Olympic weight training, and metcons (metabolic conditioning workouts) that yield awesome results. The gym itself is beautiful. You just have to see it to absorb its sheer perfection. CFWE is more than just a gym, it is like a big family....maybe a slightly dysfunctional family where people sweat profusely, and grunt on occasion, but a family none the less. I just recently moved and had to switch CrossFit boxes after doing CrossFit for almost two years. We checked a few other boxes in Wesley Chapel but they were soooooo expensive. When my fiancé and I came the CFWE we were very pleased with the monthly fees. At first it was a little scary not knowing anyone but the coaches quickly made me feel right at home. The other members of the box made me feel welcome and I even have a new weightlifting partner who together we have made some personal records by really pushing each other (thanks Susan). I am 51 years old and in the best shape of my life. CrossFit is a life changing experience and it becomes a way of life. My fiancé and I have done competitions and made it to the finals. I have been with Crossfit Warrior Eagle since they opened 11/2014 and it has been an amazing experience! When I began I knew nothing about Crossfit nor did I ever think I would stick to it for this long! It was extremely intimidating and I really doubted I could even finish a work out. After 1 class the atmosphere of CFWE had me hooked! The coaches are fantastic and have created a environment that any level of athlete can feel supported and encouraged. The coaches work personally with each member to make sure the exercises are well understood and scaled to the individuals level. New members can expect to be immediately welcomed by the coaches and fellow members. There are no cliques and judgement is not allowed. LOVE this CrossFit box! All the coaches are awesome, encouraging and most importantly knowledgable. They push you to meet your goals but never make you feel like you should do more than you are capable of. Safety is a priority which is very important to me as I do not want any injuries. The workouts are for everyone, at any age as the coaches always offer scaled versions as well as advanced so any level can get a great workout. Also all the athletes are so encouraging and have truly become great friends! I can't say enough good things about Crossfit Warrior Eagle. The coaches and athletes are amazing. The social environment is supportive and inclusive. The box just recently expanded and now has 10,000 square feet of workout space, with a brand new rig. The box also has new flooring and is spotless. Your membership also includes access to a full-gym and workout classes including boxing. This is a unique feature that is offered at this box. There is also plenty of parking spaces, so no stress there. Great team of coaches and amazing, cutting-edge and clean facility. The coaches are very attentive to form, function and mindful of injury prevention. Athletes are often exceeding their own expectations of what they were capable of. The staff actually have had to ask people not to come 6 days a week that there are classes, encouraging active rest days. It is that good; people get addicted. Addicted to having fun, getting strong and facing challenges they never thought possible. All in a safe and well-organized environment. Dont let the screams, crashes or random f-bombs scare you the place is actually pretty nice. If this is your 1st time doing crossfit do not worry you will not get hurt. The trainers are well trained and have the patience to work with you no matter if you are 8 to 80, blind, cripple or crazy. If you have been to a crossfit box before you will love this place. The place is very CLEAN. No more walking through clouds of dust, boxes or bar bells with blood and skin on them or rigs that are so old Jesus did pull ups on it. I was always skeptical of crossfit. Been working out on my own for almost 15 years. I decided to join Crossfit Warrior Eagle with a friend. I can say it was the best fitness decision I've ever made. The classes are fun, yet challenging. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. They're not in your face yelling at you when you don't understand a technique or do something wrong, and the athletes are just as friendly and encouraging. There are crossfit facilities closer to where I live, but none are as nice on the inside or well equipped as Crossfit Warrior Eagle. read more

Love coming to this place!! I have been coming to CFWE for about 3 months now. The atmosphere is so great- the coaches are very knowledgeable and stress proper form above all else. The people are wonderful- everyone is supportive of each other regardless of your skill level. Since I've been coming, I've added 30+ lbs to my deadlift, 25lbs to my squat, and 20lbs to my clean. LOVE IT! Coaches are very helpful! They demonstrate proper form so no injuries! They help each person at their own level!
