I dropped my daughter off at approximately 9:30 AM. At the time, there were two staff members present responsible for only one child--my daughter. While I was training on the gym floor, I checked on her and was horrified to see that both the childcare gate and the door had been left wide open. Because the gym's main front door was also open at the time, my 1-year-old could had walked out of the designated area alone to look for me. This is an unacceptable lapse in supervision. Having two staff members assigned to a single child should mean 100% focus on her safety; instead, she was nearly able to exit the building entirely. The yellow/purple/black color scheme reminds me of the G1 Insecticons from Transformers! This plaza has only a Checkers and a dinky Chinese restaurant,so the temptation to eat is minimal. The coaches are friendly and supportive and take the time to teach you proper form and assess your fitness level. The local club suggested we contact the corporate marketing manager, and we did, but there was still no resolution. Mary would send us commercial and event schedules, but she never replied to our cancellation emails. We visited the home location multiple times, and each time they claimed we needed to pay a month in advance, even though a payment had just processed. When we pointed out that this isn't fair, especially since we couldn't use their service, they said they would relay the message to Mary, but we're still waiting. This situation feels more fraudulent than supportive of the community. The manager was sympathetic, but I believe this is a corporate issue, not a local one. Beware before you subscribe, and think carefully about an open-ended membership that seems impossible to control.

As long as they succeed in their hustle they are polite but if you dispute anything they have been extremely rude, extremely dismissive.The manager of training today said something very unpleasant under his breath, a front desk manager had such a hostile energy about her . They are serious about hustling you for private training be on your awares.
