If you work for them just k ow your replaceable they don't care. It's fake. They plot and think about ways to fire you if they don't like you I noticed so I quit after getting two right ups for the same reason at once. Mark likes to flirt even though he's married. Love the environment with only 10 proformers in the classroom, and appreciate the patience and clear instruction of the instructors. I highly recommend this workout and the instructors that teach there. I feel myself getting stronger and more flexible. Love it!
