It's not a very big gym but have everything you need to get it done. Very clean, the owner is there most days. Equipment downtime is minimal when there's an issue. And their prices are competitive to big box gyms. They have plenty of 35lb plates which a lot of gyms don't have. No Kg plates but that's fine for me. They don't have super hardcore lifting equipment (pro squat racks) but it's a good mix between free weights and machines while about half the machines use plates. The auburndale gym called them for me and fixed whatever the issue was. Great customer service. The gym itself appears to be well taken care of. Everything seems to be clean and managed properly. I've been to a few places that just let everything get ran down. The only thing I wish they had that they don't is rowing machines. Not seated rows, but an actual rower. I usually go around 12-3 range and it's not very busy during this time. It's definitely a good place to go for an easy hassle free workout. And how can you beat $10 a month?
