The space and vibe of the place is great. One of the things that sets this place apart besides the awesome couch is the unique equipment that is available to you. Coach JC is very understanding if you have any kind of medical conditions but is very knowledgeable of the movements to work with you and make you stronger. Excellent workouts. Positive coaching staff pushes you to hit realistic goals during your session. They're not yelling at you to do more than your body can handle. Clean new gym and equipment. Lots of space, I never feel cramped in here, even with a full class. I thought I'd be coming here once a week, but I am here 3-5 times a week instead. I feel great, I've dropped weight, and I'm getting stronger every day. read more

The Coaches are super good. They welcomed me like family. They really care about your fitness and the routines are fun and well organized. I have a knee injury and they even take the time to find/substitute exercises that will help me get stronger and avoid further injury.
