Our competent but technically inexperienced CEO (yours truly) needed lots of hand-holding to get it all done, which Martin Field provided patiently and expertly. Once set up, there have been few minor problems. More importantly, the sound quality in HDvoice is great, the monthly cost is highly economical (and simple to understand) and the service when needed is top notch. We are a small family-owned Texas-based business that delivers service better than the big boys; it is nice to to business with similar companies that have the same approach!
