It not only brought us a lot of trouble since there is no internet, but also charged me the early termination fee with no reason. Moreover, the agent did not remove all three phone lines we requested to terminate from my account, but keep charging us the fees! I contacted Frontier and tell them the problem, but no one resolve this issue, furthermore they sent the case to a collection agent. Everything is so messed up with this company. I want them to remove all the extra charges, and refund us the early termination fee they charged by mistake!

As far as the sales staff, they're pretty knowledgeable and they smile when helping. I find that trait refreshing considering some can get irritable when there's a ton of people waiting. I was able to upgrade my device within a reasonable amount of time, no chit-chat needed for my account or which phone I wanted or if they had it in stock. Admittedly I researched it online before walking in. One issue I had was I ordered a device from the store across from them and they screwed up the order process.
