Dustin and Joey found time the very same day and delivered beyond my expectations. They suggested redoing the cable runs I had already attempted as they have experienced some signal degradation when splicing cables for high definition video feeds. Wow! These guys did an awesome job wiring up my circa 1958 home with CAT6. Extremely patient, professional, and personable with reasonable rates for the quality of work they have performed. Everyone who happens to walk past my closet (This includes ATT, the HVAC guys, and my movers so far) comments on how clean the work is. Dustin was awesome! I am in a new house that was wired and had ATT coming in on Monday. However the patch panel for the house was not installed. So I wanted to be all ready for ATT so there would not be the dreaded "reschedule". Dustin came out on a Sunday (sweet), was on time, super helpful, nice, tested everything thoroughly and even fixed a couple of the outlets that were installed incorrectly. He brought the right parts and did everything within the time he estimated. I give this background because all this setup was super useful when ATT person came out. My house was ready, there was no "this is wrong, that is wrong" there were no doubts that my setup worked and the patch panel was ready. In fact, because of Dustin's setup, ATT was able to install an external panel instead of an internal one which avoided a hole being drilled in my wall, double sweet! I hired Dustin to come out and fix my recently purchased home's messed up telephone wiring. Before he even arrived he was a great communicator through text and email. On the day of service, he arrived on time, and worked tirelessly to hammer out my issues. He was aware enough to see that I had brand new flooring and carpet, and without asking took off his shoes (probably the only contractor I have had at my house who did this on his own). As he charges hourly, he stopped to give me an update at where we were after each hour, and asked if I wanted to proceed. When he was finished, I didn't have a phone that was available to test the jacks, but he felt like they would be working. Murphy's law, one jack didn't work. When I notified Dustin he tried to help me figure it out over the phone (he was on the way out of town for the weekend). When that didn't work out, he arrived back at my house the next Monday night to resolve the issue free of charge - great customer service.
