    Crosspointe Church, Ventura, CA

Very welcoming Christian church with young families attending with their kids. Children's classes for each age group and child care for the youngest ones. 10:30 AM service lets you attend at a reasonable time. God's message is powerful. You should stop by next week.

this photo was taken on Little rock California when we visited my mom Arcelia Cruz Alvarez Lozoya who knew I would lose my sons too.

I love this church last time I was here is may 10, 2019 and I loved them i got to meet pastor Matt and his wife and many other people that made me happy me and my son's visited this church during Easter 2019 and I was always treated with so much love and respect I love this church the pictures I shared below are from the last time I saw my grandmother she was like a mother to me always all my life she took care of me because my birth mother well she hates me since I was born all she ever did is hurt me. and til the lat day of my mom's life it will always hurt me deeply because I couldn't go to her funeral and my family was divided fighting over money property and other things that I cannot say here but I tell you is not worth it to fight for money it hurts deeply not being able to see my mom for one last time and hug her is the most painful and having many false accusations made in my name at the same time being harassed where I used to work losing my baby I was 1 1/2 months pregnant when this pictures were taken and I lost my baby I had to have my birth mother watch both my sons because of harassment from victor wesson 08-01 1961. 2592 sextant Avenue. port Hueneme California 93036 I had to leave my sons 10 days in little rock California who knew it would be the last time I would see my mom. Pastor matt and his wife are wonderful people they do not judge you or treat you badly they just welcome you in. when in my church services at Our Redeemer Lutheran church got changed in times and schedules this is one of many churches me and my sons would visit.

I have been attending Mission for about 1 1/2 months. When I entered those doors to the foyer, I…read moreimmediately felt like this was home. I love that they serve coffee, tea, water and donut holes that you can either take into the auditorium or can enjoy in the cafe tables in the lobby. In the lobby there are screens to watch the service and there are also a few rows of seating in-front of the large screen that are like auditorium seats. This is a great option for people that might want to have a more casual experience or for young families with strollers or just don't want to have their children checked into the kids corner. They provide new visitors with a mug and information like the mission app. Everyone has been so welcoming and kind. I have attended with friends and I have come by myself. Each service makes me feel safe and part of a community. I was lucky enough to attend their new visitors night on April 13th. They fed us, provided coffee, tea and water and we got to sit at tables in the main lobby to meet other new visitors and hear the mission statement of mission and find out more information about how to get involved. If you are looking for a new church, you should check out Mission. It's a great place for growing your faith and for building God connections.

My girlfriend Jenny and I attended Mission Church this morning. The worship itself was meaningful,…read moreand the message of the church clearly centers on Jesus, which we appreciated. However, our experience during worship was uncomfortable. After we found our seats and worship had already begun, a volunteer staff member approached us and said she needed six seats that overlapped with where we were sitting. I told her we would do the Christian thing and move out of the way. She then suggested we ask others to move over, but the row was already full, and the people next to us were also reserving seats for others. In that moment, it honestly felt like we were being pushed out of our seats rather than welcomed. To avoid causing disruption, we moved into the aisle to continue worshiping, then stood in the back. Eventually, we left the worship area altogether and sat in the open common area instead. We came to worship God, not to hold onto seats, so we chose peace over conflict. Still, for a church that emphasizes community and welcome, this interaction left us feeling displaced rather than cared for, especially during worship. I believe Mission Church has good intentions and a strong foundation in Christ, but I hope they can improve how seating and volunteer interactions are handled so guests feel welcomed, respected, and valued rather than inconvenienced during worship.

The Worship Team are very talented; not overpowering, professional sound, and real believers. Today I decided to go in person. Yay. Today the church actually had their first choir singing (and incredible organ piping through the beautiful sanctuary). Outside (at the mid-morning service at 10:30am) you can come and worship without a mask... Inside (at the 9:00am) it's wonderful, and with the mask if you don't feel safe yet. I have been church shopping ever since moving to the area -- for 7 months -- and I'm so glad I found this place. No one was rude, or ignored me, or anything of the kind... it is a place I will return next Sunday...and again and again. Was especially impressed with the outside activities offered, including the lunch picnics in the park across the street, the game nights, and the service projects coming up. I'm onboard!! Thank you to everyone who was kind and listened to this stranger amongst your midst.

The staff is small but Pastor Steve is awesome! I love the way God uses him, I personally like being told what I need to work on, feel the conviction and hold myself accountable. Pastor Steve doesn't sugar coat things! I love his family too, his wife Tammy is super sweet, and their kids are great that are actively involved with the church. When my sister passed suddenly I was able to call the church and talk to someone right away and they prayed for me and even sent over dinner for me and my family since I had my sister's daughters in my care. A church being that big and took the time for me, I was touched. If you want to get more involved they have ways you can serve, Bible study and training for life that will help you get a better understanding with Christianity.
