I'm taking a star off for getting charged $75 PER WHEEL to get new tires put on. I'm sorry, but that's just too much.

Buying my V85TT was a pleasant experience. Salesman Mark was efficient and easy to work with, and…read moreowner Mark worked out a fair price with accessories for me. I'm not as happy with the service department. My first few services were uneventful, but the last one was disappointing. I spent almost $1,000 for the 12k service, rear brake pads, state inspection, and mounting of two tires that I brought in with me. 34 miles into my first ride after service I saw a pool of oil on the asphalt when I stopped, and oil splattered all over the right side of the bike and my right pants leg and boot. Brought it back (1.5 hours each way and $50 gas and tolls round trip). Service manager tried to get me to believe that they were suddenly having an issue with *faulty* head gaskets. I knew he was trying to keep the heat off his shop, so I then spoke directly with the mechanic who worked on my bike and he acknowledged that the real problem was improper installation of two o-rings, which is where all the oil leaked from. I understand that any one of us can make a mistake, but I was disappointed that the service manager did not offer some remuneration of the nearly $1,000 that I paid, especially since I had to make an extra (expensive) trip to have them fix their own error. Heck, I didn't even get an apology or an offer of a free oil change. Fortunately for me, a dealer much closer to me has started selling Piaggio products, so I no longer have to make the long drive to this dealership who cannot be counted on.

Mark lead me on a great local ride with lots of nice scenery and curves. The negotiations and pricing was easy and fair. I walked in ready to pay cash, but the offer of 0% financing was too good to pass up. I made arrangements to pick up the bike later in the month so they could install some accessories that I wanted. Every person who I dealt with (Mark, other Mark, Jeremy, Cyndi, and Tracy) were genuinely friendly and helpful. My bike was ready when I took delivery, and I was walked through all of the functions of my new bike. If you're in the market for a Guzzi, Aprilia, or Vespa, it's worth the easy drive to check out Motoplex.

The nuances that come along with small engine repair are extreme. With many consumer products…read moredesigned for "throw away" applications, repairing these items is many times more expensive than replacement. This is fact. All Terrain Equipment Repair is very knowledgeable and will let you know these problems ahead of time. They will always let you know the best solution for your problem. I asked them to clean a carburetor for an old 4 stroke dirt bike because it wasn't running correctly. They let me know they could do it but I should re jett and have my valves adjusted. I opted out for the full service expecting it to just be a dirty carburetor. I was wrong, they were correct with their diagnosis, and i had to return for full service. I learned to trust the professional and these fellows took care of me. I am very happy with my experience.

Carb was not properly rebuilt and they refuse to acknowledge inferior work or fix the problems they created. Extremely $$ expensive for bad work. Save your money and Go somewhere else. Buyer Beware! Update: they did not change pilot jet and forgot to install the spring on air/fuel adjustment screw. They overcharged $200 for incomplete carb rebuild and we had it gone over by a reputable repair shop and they fixed carb and adjusted valves for $79 elsewhere. It runs perfectly now.
