I'm not as happy with the service department. My first few services were uneventful, but the last one was disappointing. I spent almost $1,000 for the 12k service, rear brake pads, state inspection, and mounting of two tires that I brought in with me. 34 miles into my first ride after service I saw a pool of oil on the asphalt when I stopped, and oil splattered all over the right side of the bike and my right pants leg and boot. Brought it back (1.5 hours each way and $50 gas and tolls round trip). Service manager tried to get me to believe that they were suddenly having an issue with *faulty* head gaskets. I knew he was trying to keep the heat off his shop, so I then spoke directly with the mechanic who worked on my bike and he acknowledged that the real problem was improper installation of two o-rings, which is where all the oil leaked from. I understand that any one of us can make a mistake, but I was disappointed that the service manager did not offer some remuneration of the nearly $1,000 that I paid, especially since I had to make an extra (expensive) trip to have them fix their own error. Heck, I didn't even get an apology or an offer of a free oil change. Fortunately for me, a dealer much closer to me has started selling Piaggio products, so I no longer have to make the long drive to this dealership who cannot be counted on.

I walked in ready to pay cash, but the offer of 0% financing was too good to pass up. I made arrangements to pick up the bike later in the month so they could install some accessories that I wanted. Every person who I dealt with (Mark, other Mark, Jeremy, Cyndi, and Tracy) were genuinely friendly and helpful. My bike was ready when I took delivery, and I was walked through all of the functions of my new bike. If you're looking at a used bike I'm not sure they even bother to put it thru the shop. They may just wipe it down with a wet rag and spray some armor all on the tires and put a top of the range retail price on it. If you buy a new bike remember they add a $895 "destination charge". Also, the service department is always backed up several weeks, so good luck getting an appointment. It's a mixed bag here.

I left countless messages and still couldn't connect... long story short he tried making me pay for another motor about $2000 to get my bike back after paying a few thousand for two bikes two get fixed the same week... mine breaks the first ride after he fixed it ... I'm pretty sure they drained the oil and never put any in there and I didn't check i got home which could be my fault but at the same time you would think a shop would take accountability especially when you just spend more than $3000 at the shop less than a week ago and my bike doesn't work after leaving your shop.. but when I tell you that was by far the worst shop experience ever it was.. and I was just checking in 2025 if the shop still works like that because you can see previous reviews where's he's done the same thing to people and it's honestly crazy. that bike still sits till this day cause or this shop.. I don't want to go more in a hole so yea just checking if the shop still operates unprofessional or have they gotten their stuff together. Pretty nice guys though but it seems like they bite off way more then they can chew at a time and I think that might be the reason stuff gets messed up...

I asked Steve to repeat it so there was no confusion. He repeated that i failed inspection. First Problem: MY Repair Shop just got rid of Bike Inspections 2 yrs ago. Second Problem: I am a PA Inspection Auto Mechanic since 1990....... Third Problem: BOTH TIRES were replaced ONE YEAR ago. No Dry Rotting. No Cracking at all. And Plenty of Tread!

They quickly determined that my bike needed either a new fuel pump or fuel injectors and they would figure out which it needed (or both) and get it running. Then.....crickets. My bike was in their shop for 2 months because they "couldn't get to it". Every time I called, I was told "we'll get to it this week". No excuse or reason for not repairing my bike, just ignoring it. Finally I had enough and said I would come pick up my bike. I made a very straightforward and non-hostile comment on one of their FaceBook posts explaining my issue as they seem to monitor and comment on their posts. My hope was to get contacted to see how this situation could be rectified. Instead, my comment was removed and I was blocked on FB. No one reached out and no attempt was made to figure out what the issue was. Mind you, I have purchased 5 motorcycles from QuakerCity and have all my service done there. I'm a good customer and expect to be treated better than this. Their service department seems to be a mass of confusion and disorganization. Think twice before bringing your bike here for service. I'll just spend my money at Cross Country Cycles instead.

This was my first time using Phillips, my company brings some of their vehicles over to them for…read moreinspection and thought I would give them a try. I brought my car here on Monday (8/1) due to a noise that it was making on the left drivers side. Drop off was a bit confusing as the front door was open but there wasn't anyone at the desk and I waited for about 5 minutes or so and had to walk around to find someone. A gentleman came from the shop area to help. He was pleasant and took my information and promised to give me a call with the diagnoses. I had informed him that it was my only vehicle and that I would need it back ASAP to be able to get home, he assured me that I would hear from someone that morning. I heard back from them at 11:57AM and they let me know that the strut mount and ball joint on the left side were broken and needed to be replaced. She quoted me a price of $350.00 for each and told me that it wouldn't be any higher than $700.00. They didn't have the strut mount in stock for my car and they would have to order it and it would arrive the following morning. I agreed to these repairs and we both hung up. Tuesday morning came and about 11AM I called over to see if the part arrived and to discuss how we were going to handle the payment. The owner indicated that yes the parts arrived and that they would be working on my car that afternoon and it should be completed. I said okay and thought everything was fine. By 4PM I had started to call them to find out the status of my car as I was getting ready to leave work to come over and wanted to be sure that it was completed. After about 1/2 hour I got a call back and was told that it was done and they "just had to get the paperwork completed". I said okay not a problem and asked what the total was and was told "once the paperwork together we can let you know when you arrive". I made my way over to them about 10 minutes later. Once I arrived a gentleman asked me to have a seat they were just finalizing the paperwork. After another 10 minutes a female walked in and we said hello and I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes the female asked me to come up to the desk she was ready for me (at this point I realized it was the owner), I came up to the desk at which time she handed me a bill for $1,041.53 which was significantly more than the approx. $700.00 which she quoted me. She then proceeded to tell me it was because they replaced the right side strut mount as well due to it being a "safety issue" and would not pass inspection. While I understood the safety issue and it not passing inspection that was NOT what my car was there for. It was there for the noise on the left hand side of my car. When I asked why repairs were done that I had NOT authorized I was told that the mechanic felt since it was a "safety" issue and the owner wasn't around to call me that he would just replace them. When I pointed out that this was unacceptable the owner proceeded to tell me that it wouldn't pass inspection (yes my inspection was due) and that it was a safety issue. While I told her I understood all that my issue was WHY DIDN'T ANYONE CALL ME TO GET AUTHORIZATION. More than likely I would have approved it, however, NO ONE called me. It wasn't like they gave me a discount on the price either. It was the same amount to replace the left side (including labor) as it was the right side. I was then "forced" into an agreement to pay the difference by the end of the month, however, I didn't agree with this, however, they were holding my keys hostage and I had no way to get home and felt I had no choice. I understand mistakes happen, but I didn't authorize this work and I can't verify if in fact the mount was bad as they didn't show me the part etc. There was no issue with the right side when I brought it in and believe that I was taken complete advantage of.
