I'm taking a star off for getting charged $75 PER WHEEL to get new tires put on. I'm sorry, but that's just too much.

I'm not as happy with the service department. My first few services were uneventful, but the last one was disappointing. I spent almost $1,000 for the 12k service, rear brake pads, state inspection, and mounting of two tires that I brought in with me. 34 miles into my first ride after service I saw a pool of oil on the asphalt when I stopped, and oil splattered all over the right side of the bike and my right pants leg and boot. Brought it back (1.5 hours each way and $50 gas and tolls round trip). Service manager tried to get me to believe that they were suddenly having an issue with *faulty* head gaskets. I knew he was trying to keep the heat off his shop, so I then spoke directly with the mechanic who worked on my bike and he acknowledged that the real problem was improper installation of two o-rings, which is where all the oil leaked from. I understand that any one of us can make a mistake, but I was disappointed that the service manager did not offer some remuneration of the nearly $1,000 that I paid, especially since I had to make an extra (expensive) trip to have them fix their own error. Heck, I didn't even get an apology or an offer of a free oil change. Fortunately for me, a dealer much closer to me has started selling Piaggio products, so I no longer have to make the long drive to this dealership who cannot be counted on.

Mark lead me on a great local ride with lots of nice scenery and curves. The negotiations and pricing was easy and fair. I walked in ready to pay cash, but the offer of 0% financing was too good to pass up. I made arrangements to pick up the bike later in the month so they could install some accessories that I wanted. Every person who I dealt with (Mark, other Mark, Jeremy, Cyndi, and Tracy) were genuinely friendly and helpful. My bike was ready when I took delivery, and I was walked through all of the functions of my new bike. If you're in the market for a Guzzi, Aprilia, or Vespa, it's worth the easy drive to check out Motoplex.

With many consumer products…read moredesigned for "throw away" applications, repairing these items is many times more expensive than replacement. This is fact. All Terrain Equipment Repair is very knowledgeable and will let you know these problems ahead of time. They will always let you know the best solution for your problem. I asked them to clean a carburetor for an old 4 stroke dirt bike because it wasn't running correctly. They let me know they could do it but I should re jett and have my valves adjusted. I opted out for the full service expecting it to just be a dirty carburetor. I was wrong, they were correct with their diagnosis, and i had to return for full service. I learned to trust the professional and these fellows took care of me. I am very happy with my experience.

Update: they did not change pilot jet and forgot to install the spring on air/fuel adjustment screw. They overcharged $200 for incomplete carb rebuild and we had it gone over by a reputable repair shop and they fixed carb and adjusted valves for $79 elsewhere. It runs perfectly now.

They gave me a seat AND they showed me a Specialized (brand) Roll (model) with a low bar entry. I came back to buy one, but they didn't have the size I needed so they searched the other stores and found me one in their Glenside store. I wanted it before their weekly swap day, so I picked it up in Glenside. Fritz had a simple and amazing fix for my knee pain--raising the seat. I took a quick spin down the street. It was amazing! i remembered how much I enjoy riding. And. no more pain! I then took the bike back to Paoli where Sig mounted (and recommended) the "running lights" and odometer the shop sold me as well as the "basket" I bought on Amazon. He also took the initiative to fix the mottled paint job under the handlebar. THANK YOU!!! Tomorrow I am hitting the bike trail for the first time in about 20 years. I highly recommend this store. Extremely inconvenient. This might be good for the store, but it is terrible for customers. I've taken my business down the street.

Stopped in and met Dale, one of the at least three generations of Martins who operate this business which is in the process of expanding on a busy Saturday afternoon. Dale took the time to explore my needs and recommended the best bike rack (Kuat 2.0) that I have ever owned and I think that I have had about 10. The problem was that literally there was no room in my car for the box. Actually though it wasn't a problem for me. In about half the promised 45 minutes a team had it inboxes, assembled and on the back of my car. Bummer though was that when I got home I found that I didn't have the hardware to mount it on the car for which it was intended. I called Dale and intwo days the needed hardware was in my mailbox without charge. I cannot say how refreshing it is to find a store that offers expertise, advice without pressure and exemplary service. You can be sure that I will be back there.

Just find a good bike shop that will be kind and treat you right. Cheap isn't the answer. I'll pay more for great service every time!! This place is just not it.
