What makes the experience five stars though was the guy who came to help us, Dave. Super knowledgeable and friendly, even recommended some local restaurants to us--but when he heard what I was looking for, he told me that the correct helmet for me wasn't something they sold. Gave me directions to other shops, and suggestions on what to look for there. A salesman who will tell you when their products aren't the best ones for you is a salesman I really trust--absolutely huge shoutout. I didn't buy anything here, but learned exactly what I needed to. I also did some price comparison here versus online shopping--it's definitely a bit pricier, but not outrageously more pricy. It's in the solidly competitive region, with the bonus of getting to try it on for fit immediately, and walk out with the helmet you want.

Jake at Cycle Gear helped us pick out boots, chest protectors, knee and elbow protection, gloves, helmets and goggles. We got to the store late and I had no idea that we were still shopping 25 minutes after the store was closed. Jake never rushed us, he answered all our questions and made multiple trips to the back room to check for different sizes. When it was all done I spent a lot but HUNDREDS less than I thought I was going to. Huge selection, great prices and Jake was great. If my boys stay with this hobby I will definitely be going back to buy more equipment.

The first time I used Freedom Cycle, was for the 1994 low rider. I recently took the bike to another shop, thou they did what they said they would do something still wasn't right . So I decided to try Freedom Cycle I,m so glad I did . Frank and Kathy step up to the plate took my bike right in fixed the under line issue ,very fair pricing and great customer service. (Here the thing ), my bike sat for almost two months when I noticed a gas smell in the garage, no visual gas just a strong odder. I called Freedom Cycle , Kathy promptly set up appointment , I brought the bike in and Frank fix the issue for Pennies . "No ONE DOSE THAT" They make sure they go over your bike and it's road worthy. The second time I brought my 2006 Fat Boy , everything on this bike was original, Yes even the battery. Freedom Cycle , was going to put new tires change out my fluids and Yes put a new battery. Funny thing is when I went to start the bike to bring it over the battery was dead wouldn't take a jump, I called Kathy, told her my dilemma she said no problem she had a battery waiting for me. " very fair market price" I'm very pleased with the service. It's nice to know that there are still business out their that are people friendly. " IF YOU OWN A HARLEY AND YOUR LOOKING FOR A PLACE YOU CAN TRUST AND NEVER WORRY ABOUT BEING OVER CHARGED OR BEING SOLD PARTS YOU DON'T NEED, DO LIKE I DID GIVE FREEDOM CYCLE A CALL. I PROMISES YOU WONT REGRET IT". Thanks for all your help Freedom Cycle Joe Durso

These folks are the friendliest, most eager-to-help people around (but not annoyingly so... you won't get the uncomfortable hard sell). They have a decent sized inventory, but if they don't have what you need on hand, they'll order it for you ASAP. They've got a good selection of leathers, helmets, goggles, clothes and also plenty of bike accessories. If you're a bar-brawlin', ride-all-winter, ZZ-Top-bearded biker gang member or a dentist who only rides 20 miles a weekend, you'll be comfy here. They also have a full-service Harley-only garage on site. Honestly, I like this place better than Mike's Famous. Better vibe, infinitely smaller, and it feels good to support the little guy. Give 'em your business, you'll be glad you did.

August 21, 2024…read more I just want to mention how much I like dealing with East Coast Cycle Center in Bensalem, Pa. I purchased a new 2023 Can-Am Spyder RT Sea to Sky. It is their top of the line reverse trike. I dealt with Mike ( Sales Manager ) and had a wonderful experience, as usual. I have purchased 6 trikes from them over the years. I keep going back because of the great service and parts department. Anything I need they will have in just a few days if not in stock. I went there today and told them that the shock that holds up the drivers seat doesn't work. It keeps falling down. The service dept said they will order the part and will install it when it comes in a few days from today. That is what I consider good service and great customer relations. When I purchased the trike Mike gave me a free drivers backrest at no charge to close the deal. That's worth $359 plus installation. The backrest arrived 4 days later and they installed it immediately. A couple months later I noticed that the right front black inner fender broke off at the lower joint. They ordered the part and again it arrive a few days later. They initial charge was $277 for the labor. It might have happened as a road hazard where something hit it, but I don't know. Mike spoke to the service department and they didn't charge me anything. I will always buy from them and recommend them to anyone who is interested in a Can-Am Spyder or any other vehicle they sell. Kudos to the owner, sales staff, service department and parts. They are the best. Gordon L. Delanco, NJ.

Straight forward and provides customers with everything they need to get more information on their inventory. What comes as a red flag is their reaction when I decided to not go through with the purchase of a bike. At the end of the day, It was more out of budget than I wanted and I wanted to avoid making an emotional purchase for what was indeed a pristine vehicle (although sight unseen). I asked if I could have my deposit back. John was busy with a customer, however another employee started to defend how they should actually keep my deposit of $500, a deposit where I was NOT told was not refundable, had NOT signed any paperwork, nor even gave a word of commitment that I would be actually making a purchase of the vehicle. I understand the work to make a sale, but thinking about it, should this not be standard work to make a sale? It is especially not $500 dollars worth of labor, in the words of the employee that berated me for backing out and walking away from the expensive bike. He claimed that they spent time taking the bike off of listing (which I confirmed, day of, that they did not), taking pictures and sending me videos (which is still not $500 worth of labor). He basically used some backwards Mob method of bullying me, saying that "I should take this as a lesson" and proceeded to act like they were entitled to my $500. This really made me uncomfortable, and although I can very much call a chargeback on them, I just want to warn everyone of this dealership and business. They make assumptions about you for being hesitant on making a purchase, like as if you have no money... what a sad way to treat people. People, stay away from this store. Sure they have nice bikes from time to time, but they should not be treating people this way.

I told them the bike I was inquiring on, they ask which one and just ignored my questions and wanted to talk financing right off the rip. Red flag number 1. Bike was already priced over market. A sucker is born everyday, but not today. They clearly care more about profits then safety and if that's their attitude when it comes to that.. God knows what other crap they hiding and pulling on people. Buyer Beware. Then the goofball has the nerve to gaslight and shame me in response to my Google review.
