Thank for Dr Beri for all the years!
    John M.

We have been taking my dog to Dr Beri for 15 years and he finally passed from KD. Dr Beri was able to increase his life when we lost hope by doing fluid therapy. He gave us 3 more months with our dog before he passed today. He really cares about animals and is very knowledgeable! Thank you for everything.

Very compassionate Veterinarian and his team.

Dr Beri and his team are fantastic. They did a dental cleaning on one of my dogs and not only did they do a great job, but the cost was not as expensive as other veterinarians. Also, my parents elderly dog was brought to them to be evaluated because he was not doing well. The compassion the entire team displayed was truly heartwarming. It was as if he was a part of their own families. They could have tried to talk them into expensive tests, but its not about the money with them. They made making a difficult decision as easy as it could be. And, they even sent a sympathy card with his paw prints signed by all of them. They are honest people. Thank you for taking such good care of our fur babies

There are no words to express the gratitude we have for the amazing staff at Crossroads for saving our 1 and 1/2 year old French Bulldog, Tucker. Tucker had his yearly shots in the morning on 3/16. In late afternoon we noticed he was having trouble breathing and his face was swollen. After a short time it looked like he might only have a few breathes left. This was devastating to watch. I was helpless and didn't know what to do. As his breathing grew more labored we threw on our shoes, grabbed Tucker, and called Crossroads to share we would be there in a few minutes, hoping they might know how to help Tucker. When we arrived they were ready for us. The doctor knew exactly what to do. The girls that were either office help, vet techs, or both all pitched in to help soothe Tucker and show us how to comfort him. The photos are of what he looked like before an after. The middle photo is when he was swollen his face and throat was closing up so he couldn't breath. I am so thankful they acted quickly and saved our sweet boy. Thank you Crossroads staff! Honestly, there are no words to describe what you did to save our puppy.

My dog was a patient, and when I noticed he wasn't acting right, I brought him to see the doctor. He did x-rays and blood work and gave me an antibiotic and carprofen. He told me everything looked good, except he had beginning stages of KD, but he wasn't worried about it. I treated him as directed, but then he stopped eating and was pooping blood, so I brought him back, and he said he to stop the carprofen, which I had done already. My dog was getting sicker, and all he did was shoot him with an anti-nausea and diarrhea injection, then gave him a shot in his back end that hurt him. We had to liquid feed him, and he never bothered to recheck his blood and sent me home with a sick dog. 48 hrs later, my dog declined so fast that I wound up taking him emergency and when they did the blood work, my dog was in end stage KD, and there was nothing else to be done and I lost him on April 23rd. My dog suffered 2 weeks longer than needed because the doc didn't do his due diligence after I told him more than once he was sick and not getting better. My family didn't just lose a pet. We lost our hearts. So, don't bring your fur baby there if you love your pet. As a side note, I sent a message to the doctor expressing my feelings about what happened, and he didn't even bother to reach out.

Dr Beri and his team are by far the BEST I have ever experienced with my fur babies. The minute you walk in you will understand what I'm talking about. Dr Beri and his staff truly care about your animals and it shows! He is by far the most knowledgeable Vet and the most caring. He is not out to make as much money as he can.... He truly wants to help your animals. I will never go anywhere else. We recently lost our cat Marli, and a few days later our dog Cali. It was one of the worst weeks of my life but Crossroads really were so compassionate and helped us thru this very difficult time. The card they sent us with their footprints was extremely touching and shows how much they understand your pain and care about your loved fur babies as well

Best Animal Hospital I have ever went to. I won't take my animals anywhere else. Doctors and Staff are amazing. Everyone that works here is very caring and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable too. We get in and out very quickly. When we had to have our dog put to sleep they sent me animal print of my dogs feet prints. They are so thoughtful.. Highly Recommended!!..

I have been going here for 10 years now and have always found the staff to be caring, accommodating and professional. They understand pets really are family members, and have treated both cats and dogs for me. I have a pug and pugs require special care for most things, Dr. Beri is great with him. Even vaccines can be deadly for pugs, so Dr. Beri always gives him Benedril before shots to prevent issues. (In the past, another vet didn't listen to my concerns about vaccinations and almost killed my best buddy.) My Dachshund also receives wonderful care, she's 15, so she has some age related health issues. We visit the vet fairly regularly. Sadly, last week I had to say good-bye to two family members and have my cats put to sleep. Both were 18 and had lived very long, happy lives. It was a difficult yet, necessary decision. Dr. Beri was so compassionate throughout the process. His staff was as well. A few days later, I received a sympathy card in the mail, hand-signed by each staff member with personal notes. They even took ink paw prints of my cats paws and stamped them on the inside of the card. I was very touched and now have a lasting memento of my cats. They really do care about pets and their owners.

I knew the test took a long time that is why I waited 2 months for it. My pets worse condition had nothing to do with this wait I did originally. So please think what you want. When someone is that upset your job is to calm them done specially when it comes to a member of their family. In this case since my pets test results were worse he should of been put on meds the same day. Not when it's convenient for the Dr's to read it. After getting the results I knew what needed to be done and I'm not even a Dr. The cardiologist had it writing out what the next steps were. Thanks for the response but this response was completely false. I'm also glad I was able to get him on meds right away and already noticed a difference. So I'm happy with this new vet. Please next time take everything in conclusion before writing a review back. Thank you have a great day

My first Pomeranian lived til 16 and I took her for over a year for Q Fluids 2x a week at vet in an amazing city Munster, IN and her and I would be in and out and 25 mins tops and it was $12-15. $70 for fluids is why so many poor owners and the poor pets suffer because they have no way of ever saving or helping their poor pet simply bc places like this only care about the $$ not your animals. It was so scary. And they put him on an antibiotics even though both blood work results he'd already had recently showed zero signs or symptoms of infection nor eating much at all nor drinking so he wouldn't even take it anyways but another way to have me pay more. Purdue ER said to not even give it to him bc it was 109% unnecessary. They also told me to put him on pain medication that come to find out it put him in more danger!!!! THIS PLACED SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

I called this clinic to make an appointment and the lady was very nice to me and I was able to get him in....because my dog is a new patient she did explain that there would be a $50 deposit to hold the appointment...I had no problem with that because I found out that it does go toward the final bill of the visit. So, the appointment was set for 10:30...they do expect you to arrive 10 min early....I was actually 15 min early but when I brought him in, they were already expecting him....which I totally appreciated the prompt check in. They checked his weight and escorted us right into the exam room. Kylie (the vet tech) was so sweet! She was so professional and Rocky was very comfortable with her handling him! And Dr. Noyes was great too! She was very knowledgeable and had no problem answering my questions. Checking out was easy and the ladies at the front desk were very nice and proficient. All the while, the vet offers no hypothesis or plan of treatment. I have to research and ask if this or that could help, or if it was this, what could we do. I got more answers from asking AI than I did from this vet. All she was interested in was running an ultrasound for $430. When I said, " Well, what would that show?" She was unclear if it would help diagnose or treat. Our poor cat was suffering, but I had to suggest different solutions! But she wanted us to bring her in, which further traumatized the cat, every 1 to 2 weeks. For what? The vet didn't offer a solution or even an effective treatment. Our cat went from a chunky 20 pounds to a rail-thin 7 pounds in 6 months! Finally, we decided to end her suffering. She was only 9 years old. Most cats can expect to live 16 to 18 years. Were we treated with sympathy, empathy? No, totally unfeeling. Just wanted to sell this or that to us in addition to charging us $360.00 to euthanize our cat. Never take your animal here!!!
