Then there's the above-and-beyond you occasionally get. As a small pharmacy they're usually stocked, but occasionally might not have something. They'll gladly recommend some place that does (looking it up for you), or even on occasion they'll drive to the other pharmacy themselves, pick it up, and have it back at their location for you.
