I just want to say, the few times I've eaten there before the food and the service was good and the prices were reasonable. "So this is my story" I phoned in an order for 10 boneless chicken wings which are basically chicken nuggets. This was a take out order to be pick up and when I brought them home there was like 8 tiny hard little nuggets and 4 standard size nuggets that were almost consumable. I definitely should have brought the food back and ask for a refund, but instead I ate the four nuggets and decided to call the Cafe and complain about the food. So now I'm speaking with the young lady on the phone and I explain to her how horrible these wings were, so she puts me on hold for a few minutes I figure she went to speak with someone about my situation. When she returns she tells me that all the wings are like that and a lot of people have been complaining about them, but there's nothing they can do about it until a new batch comes in (What Really ?) . She never even offers me a refund or a replacement lunch ? Hello! Hello! ( Buy a clue) !!! STOP SERVING THEM UNTIL YOU A GET A NEW BATCH IN ? OR (SEND THEM BACK TO YOUR SUPPLIER) DON'T SERVE THEM TO ME OR ANYONE ELSE.... Who the hell is the manger on duty ? Who is the head cook in the kitchen ?
