The woman that called was very nice and we ended up chatting about micro dosing glp-1 etc. She said she would speak to the doc and ask if I was okay to proceed since it was a microdose and the day of the procedure would be 5 days since my last dose. She said no news was good news. I even asked before we hung up "if I don't hear back, I should go ahead and prep, correct?" she said yes. I arrive today, the receptionist told me there is a message with a voice mails that was left. I have no voicemails and read off my missed calls- none of which were from the office. The receptionist even asked if she could see me phone. I explained the phone call called the tech (unsure of her title) who then told me that she spoke to me and never told me any of that. I went on to describe the conversation and then she said, "well you didn't talk to me." My husband even said, "you literally just said you spoke to her." then she denied having ever said that, then went on to say no one would have told me that. Why would I make it up? Why would anyone prep and show up knowing they wouldn't be able to have the procedure? As a premier health employee myself- that tech is an embarrassing representation of the company. Let me preface this by saying that I have been using this facility on and off for more than 35…read moreyears. That said, it has fallen far from where it once was. Despite the many advances in technology, the level of competence and leadership of this facility has dropped significantly. I now trust the Dayton VA more than the 88th medical group, and if you're a veteran, you know that is a bold statement. For standard daily care, the clinics are average among most facilities, of which I have a fairly extensive experience. The 88th will likely never match the level of care available at most Navy medical facilities but on it's own, the advanced care staff are downright dangerous, most particularly the surgical staff. I have 35 years, 50 hospitalizations and 35 surgeries behind me, including here at Wright Patterson, and I have never seen this level of absolute incompetence anywhere, ever. Do not let them touch your dependents unless you plan to spend the rest of your life caring for them after being utterly debilitated and infectious with MRSA for life. Thar is not an exaggeration at all. Avoid theire surgeons and critical care staff like the plague.

BEWARE! In my opinion, Dr. Rick Gebhart is the worst doctor I have ever met. He seems nice and…read moreintelligent at first, but he lets his retarded or autistic sister, Traci, pretend to be his nurse, and she's very rude to everybody. I think that's illegal, by the way, because she is not a nurse. Whatever is told to Traci gets misinterpreted, and then Dr. Gebhart receives wrong information. Dr. Gebhart is so full of himself that his eyes should be brown! He guarantees that he can fix anybody, but he can't even write in coherent sentences or use proper grammar or spelling. I told his sister that my daughter accidentally missed 2 doses, and they both blew it completely out of proportion. One missed dose was because she vomited up the medicine. She couldn't help it. So then he sent a letter to her school (with misspelling and bad grammar) stating that my daughter wasn't sick and that she was fine even though she was actually vomiting uncontrollably almost all of the time. See the incoherent text he sent to me referring to my daughter's illness as "crap" after I sent him an email begging him to amend the school letter. I dropped him immediately after this text. He also treated my niece very badly. Both brother and sister were very rude to me, my daughter and my niece who also dropped him.

Dr. Kulkarni first responded very harshly when I asked about the possibilities of increasing my medication dosage, a common SSRI that can be increased beyond the dosage I currently take. Dr. Kulkarni immediately stated that she would not do that for me, that my dosage is already extremely high (an OPINION of her own), and that I should see a psychiatrist immediately. When I mentioned that I do see a therapist, she was quick to correct me that it is not the same thing as a psychiatrist (which I was entirely aware of). She asked me about my job search, how she expected me to be a short-term patient, and made me feel very isolated and ill-informed at my own doctor's appointment. Mental health in the South Asian community -- of which Dr. Kulkarni and I are both a part of -- is already extremely stigmatized. Taking medication is looked at as a sign of weakness, when it has actually been extremely effective in treating my depression, anxiety, and OCD. Rather than being supportive and willing to hear my curiosities, Dr. Kulkarni was short, dry, and immediately disrespectful. It is this attitude that keeps children from opening up to their parents, and in turn leaves patients feeling hopeless about their own clinical journey. I expect doctor's office to be a safe and progressive space to discuss any kind of illness, whether physical or emotional. It is clear to me that Premier Physician Network, specifically Hyatt Family Care in Tipp City, Ohio, does not stand by this message.

The NP on duty told me to come back on a Sunday which was on New Year's Day instead of Sat because they were closed on Saturday to get my TB read. I arrived on Sun and they were closed. I paid $29.00 for that injection and had no one there to read it. Also, they charge $35.00 just to read the results. So unfortunately I have to start the process over again, but I will be going to another facility that's not associated with The Little Clinic.
