This doctor office is the best!!! Staff is very friendly you can tell they care about there patients. Its a very relaxing environment. They are quick to get you seen! Sandy is board certified and she has over 15 years of experience working as a nurse practitioner. She has experience and is comfortable working with infants, children, adults, the elderly, and MRDD patients. Sandy's specializes in overall wellness for all of her patients, young and old. One of Sandy's favorite motto's is "It is easier to maintain your health than to manage a disease", so her focus is on the patient and how to keep them healthy by utilizing preventative measures.

Established in 2017.

The De Morgan Wellness Group was formed in 2017 after the realization that patients need personalized health care plans that fit their needs and their lifestyles. More and more often we have been noticing that when patients go to their established family physician they are given a generalized treatment plan that every other patient within that practice also receives. There is no personalization to meet an individuals needs and goals. At The De Morgan Wellness Group we pride ourselves in giving our patients the best care that they need and deserve! We cannot wait to serve and improve the lives of our patients in the Englewood community and surrounding areas. I will leave you with our office motto - Feel better, feel well, and be happy :)
