I have been going here for 8 years. Every year the pcp's have been misleading and a bunch of misunderstanding. I had fluid in my ears. I was asked to come back in a week to be rechecked. So I called but Paula wasn't in for my follow up visit. But I was seen by Donna. On April 22,2025 I had a follow up on blood work and medications with Paula. I had booked a 30 minute visit with her because I have a lot going on. She told me that she was only to take care of 3 problems nit 10. She told me Dr.Jenkins and Dr.Jordan only allows patients 15 minutes. But you sit there for over 1 hour past your appointment and someone tells you this. It was very upsetting Not really sure if I want to try another pcp from here. Dana Paula are the providers I've seen. read more

went there at the recommendation of one of their other locations for sciatica because they said they had an xray machine. I wasn't even in the room for two mins and was told because of my pain level I should just go to the er after I had driven all the way out there. they still charged me $100 I called billing and explained they really did nothing for me and to see if they could refund my money and they told me they'd check and call me back and of course they never even bothered to reach back out read more

My family doc was Dr. Michael Steele at Crossroads, we received really great care from him for two years. When he left the practice, everything went to hades in a handbasket. HIPA violations from the front desk staff, nurse/nurse practitioner (I was told that's who I was transferred to, but she would not identify herself), prescriptions not refilled (with painful withdrawal symptoms), lack of response from the office manager, bad information from front desk staff - just awful customer service bordering on malpractice in my opinion. We found Dr. Steele at his new practice, and even though it's an additional 20-minute drive, that's where we will be going. I dislike writing poor reviews, but Crossroads Medical Group really earned this one. read more

My partner was seen, asked to go get an ultrasound at another facility, back to this office only to be told that a specialist would call him by end of day (this was morning). Over 24+ hours later and he has heard from no one...just a scary vague non-diagnosis with no idea what to do. I am not against seeing a nurse practitioner for minor health issues but when i have a major issue i expect to see a doctor. Good luck with trying to see a doctor here, this place is run by the practitioners. I pay high premiums for top notch healthcare and as such I expect to be treated/diagnosed by a doctor not a practitioner. read more

My mom has gone to see this Dr Jenkins for 12 years, she is on oxygen with many other health issues. She is setup to have her come in if her blood pressure goes down, they call her in and see her in the walk-in, they are very rude and they lie. She is sitting in waiting room waiting to be see as they called her to come in to be checked out with blood pressure, receptionist comes out to lobby to her with about 7 other people out there to tell her they can't see her unless she pays $15 that appeared out of know where in January, she told them she has already talked to billing about paying when she comes back to see Jenkins as she is on a fixed income. They proceeded to tell her if she didn't pay she couldn't be seen, mind me they are the ones to call her to come there to be checked out. She told them this was bull shit and handed them her debit card, they walked off and then another lady comes out and says you can't talk to us here like that. Well nothing was said about anyone up there it was that the situation was bull shit as it was previously handled by me with the billing. The lady told Dr Jenkins that she threw her debit card at them, mind you she is sitting in lobby and you come out to her, the card would have been in floor if she threw it at them. Not to mention they don't care who is around or how many is around to discuss personal business such as payments. Brittney is the office manager and sent my mom a letter stating they could no longer see her with the way things were handled that day. Didn't sign it or anything. No name is on the paper from whom sent it. I call and try to talk to the office manager named Britney and try and try for almost 2 weeks leaving messages and talking with people and leaving messages with them, no return call. Finally try one more and she was there, said she didn't know what was really going on but Jenkins since he is the owner dismissed her, dismisses someone that is on oxygen, blood pressure is all over the place, blood thinners ect. Not a dr that I would recommend. Has denied refills on medication that was needed to get by until we find a new dr. Not to mention it takes weeks to get medication sent to pharmacy after you see the dr for them. I do not recommend going to Jenkins or cross roads period. You want good quality care don't go here. Find a good dr else where. Plenty of reviews stating the same thing. Needs to office people especially a new office manager as I was told by Britney that she would call me back after she talked to dr Jenkins and still to this day NO PHONE CALL, and my mom received another bill from the office ( she has no copay or anything at this office) bill didn't state what it was for. She calls and it's for a telahealth that she NEVER did. And she told them that she didn't and that she doesn't have copays or anything and then told her they would write it iff. What a joke. This office is a joke do not go if you value your health or anyone you love. read more

The providers are fine, but the office is not. Making an appointment is nearly impossible. There's no way to just hit zero to talk to a human. You're forced to go through a phone menu system which is NEVER answered by a human. After sitting on hold you'll be prompted to leave a message, but they never call back. Try the patient portal? Did that too.. No response. And I've been a patient for over 10 years. Again, the providers are fine. The problems are with the office management. read more

I had a appointment back in May and wasn't impressed. I had appointment with the orthopedic Dr Kindred. When I went in inside there was only one person at the check out desk. There was one person ahead of me. I thought this won't take long. Lady was very slow. So I waited outside in lobby because I was early anyways. Each time I looked there was a line. At one point there was line outside the door. I'm not able to stand for long periods or it's painful for me. I got fed up and called my ride to take me home. It's ridiculous making orthopedic patients deal with that. Especially ones in pain. I plan to find me someone else. read more

Dr. Jenkins is the best PCP I've ever had. He's so thorough, caring, and wise., not to mention the hardest working physician I know.

Love Dr Jordan but hate their policies. They want to charge you for everything. I had to reschedule an appt and was told I wasn't going to get charged. I was charged 30 dlls and was told I could not see the doctor until my payment was completed. I felt insulted and I could t believe that I wasn't able to see the doctor for a 30 dlls charge. It wasn't about the 30 dlls it was for the fact that they might have a patient that needs medical attention and not able to see there doctors if they have an outstanding bill. I used to love this office. Even tried to convince my own mother to change her Dr over to them. She wouldn't as she had heard multiple horror stories about them. I should've listened. I went over a week ago. My medications still have not been called in. I've even stopped by the office a couple times and was told they'd call it in and call me later to let me know it was fixed. Nothing. Today I called the office at 9am and was pushed to a recording for a call back instead of getting someone. By 2pm I called back but still couldn't get someone so I tried again and chose the billing option. I was again told I would get a call back with information. Around 315 I received a call back. The lady on the phone stated who she was then just sat silently on the phone. After a minute she rudely announced that I requested the call back so what did I want. I brushed it off and proceeded to tell my situation and all the steps I've taken. Before I completed my sentence she cut me off and stated "what would you like me to do" I told her interrupting me wouldn't get us anywhere. Next thing I know there's a new voice on the phone and she stated "what is it you need sir?" I asked who this was and why I was passed around and she stated she didn't need to tell me that. She stated I was telling the other woman to shut her mouth and I told her that's not what happened. She continued to be rude. I did get upset and told them I just need them to fix my stuff. The woman on the phone scolded me, to which I told her I did not appreciate being passed around an office and all my medical info constantly shared with everyone. Told her that was a HIPA violation. She instructed me she works in a medical office so she can't violate HIPA. I stated that's not how it works and asked her name to which she hung up on me. I called back and went to the billing office again. I asked for the call center supervisor and was instead forwarded to a general voicemail box. As you can imagine, I never received my medication which is refusing medical care, and I never received a call back either. I have received the most excellent care from Carol Lynne Medley and her staff!!! So much so, that I recommend her to all my friends, family, and people I work with!! She and her staff are excellent kind and you can tell they truly care about the person, not the bottom line. The wait is always long, I believe because she provides such excellent care, so I recommend scheduling an appointment, same day even rather than just walking in, but it is well worth the wait regardless!!! read more

THIS REVIEW IS FOR CROSSROADS MEDICAL GROUP IN GOODLETTSVILLE TN ON 900 Conference Drive, Suite 1C. They charged me 30 bucks for a no show, which I showed up for. They also charged my insurance for the same day I supposedly no showed . When I asked the receptionist she said "WE don't do billing" ?? She is the same one that collected my no show money and gave me a receipt that showed only what I paid. I thought it was for previous office visits but 2 weeks later I get the bill showing the no show charge !!?? And on my way out the clerk lied to me about not meeting my deductible and asked for 68 bucks !! I THOUGHT THEY DIDNT DO BILLING ???!!!!! THEY ARE CRIMINALS PLAIN AND SIMPLE. read more

The Receptionist @ the walk in Clinic was so rude and judgmental. First she made it clear that I was on her time. Once she started talking to me I wish She hadn't because it was not very nice nor very Christian-like! Refused me service after I had been going there over a year but wouldn't explain why. I found out it once I got home that because my insurance had changed that some things else had as well. she dint explain anything! Please do some research there are way better clinics than this one! read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Hal Jenkins at the White House location for over 10 years. There have been several instances where he did not address my issues (ex. I am diabetic and have problems with numbness in my feet) I always ask him about this but he has never checked my feet. I fell in 2013 and broke my left hip, I had three surgeries, none sucessful and still have to use a walker to walk. Recently I started to have sever pain, Dr. Jenkins referred me to a doctor at TOA in Hendersonville who did ex-rays and referred me to their joint replacement surgeon in Nashville. This doctor found the joint replacement had broken loose and immediately scheduled me for a 4th surgery. I went to have my re-op work done and is was discovered that I had some cardiac issues, and swelling in my lower extremities that they wanted Dr. Jenkins to check. Dr. Jenkins got me referred to a cardiologist and I was to see Dr. Jenkins on Dec. 22. The morning of the 22nd I got a phone call from a staff member (very rude) informing me that Dr. Jenkins would not see me because I had had 3 no shows which is not true. I tried to explain to the person and all she would tell me was I'd have to go to the walk in clinic and that Dr. Jenkins would not see me for a year, said the walk in clinic would have my records and could give me refills on my medications etc. I called the walk in clinic and was told they would only treat me for my systems at the time. Dr. Jenkins left me me hanging out to dry. In the meantime I get a phone call from the pre-op nurse informing me my blood work came back abnormal and I would need to see a hemaologist. My insurance requires me me to have a referral from my PCP. The pre-op nurse called for Dr. Jenkins and so did I only to be told Dr. Jenkins would not see me. Dr. Jenkins has always been very nice expect for this instance but his office staff and several of the nurses are very rude and short with people. So now I have to get clearance from these specialist for my own safety and I have to postpone my surgery and stay in this chronic pain all because the staff misinformed Dr. Jenkins. This is a policy I was never informed of. I will admit I had one no show, I am handicapped and my husband in paralyzed from a stroke. I have called several other PCP and they will not see me because of what Dr. Jenkins and his staff have done. You can't get Dr. Jenkins on the phone, guess he is too high and mighty to talk to a patient on the phone. I am very disappointed with Cross Roads and Dr. Jenkins. I will get this figured out but I will never step foot in Cross Roads again. They are liars and thieves and it is evident they are only there for the buck and do not care what happens to patients. Note to Dr. Jenkins - if you did not want me as a patient, you should have been man enough to tell me to my face and not wimp out and have a rude staff member do your dirty work! Karen S. I had a medical emergency recently and had an overnight stay at a hospital. I was informed to follow up with my primary care physician immediately to have my blood levels checked to see if they were returning to normal. ( I passing out while going for a walk with my wife.) I set the appointment and blood work was drawn. Upon leaving the Doctors office and was checking out to pay my copay they informed me that my cc was declined. I informed them this was impossible because there was plenty of money in my account. They said I couldn't leave until it was paid. I was there for an hour. I finally had enough and drove to another Crossroads Medical Clinic, used the same card, same information and my copay was paid in minutes. I received a call over a week later from a tech with only partial results of my blood work and she informed me that my levels were still elevated but when I was asking more questions to try and find out more answers she became very irritated and rushed me off the phone and cold transferred me to someone else and I had to go through the entire explanation again. The main reason I went to my Primary Physician was to have my creatine kinase levels checked only with further investigation to find out that this test had been completely forgotten to be checked. I have been waiting going on two weeks without any information. I was informed to find out anything else that I would have to make another appointment and pay another copay to see the doctor that could not preform the task at hand effectively. I'm DONE with this place. I am starting from ground zero today and searching for another primary care physician and medical facility who has a little more care and professionalism than Crossroads Medical Center. read more

Worst medical clinic I gave ever had the misfortune to experience. Scheduled an appointment for myself and my autistic grandson. We were both very sick, so instead of making 2 seperate appts at 2 different locations I called to see if they could see him too while they treated me. I was assured it was all fine as long as I got a waiver from GS's PCP for insurance purposes. Called insurance company who told me when I got to doctor's office to sign a release that said I approved his being treated and the office would fax it to them and receive payment. Easy peasy....until you have to deal with the office staff at Crossroads Medical. I get there the morning of our appt, with both of us running very high fevers, sore throats and ear aches. Office staff tells me I have to fax the paperwork and receive a confirmation #. I explain that isn't how it works, because #1 the insurance company told me so, #2 I don't have a fax machine and seriously, how many people do? and #3 I have done this before and know how it works. They wanted to argue with me. I said forget it, since the insurance in question was just a secondary one to cover copays and I would just give them the $25 in cash. Nope! Wouldn't do it. I said "So, you are going to have me leave with an obvious very sick child over $25??? This is ridiculous!!" I then went next door to their emergency clinic and the receptionist was on the phone with 1st office being told to not treat us either. I left and went to an emergency room where my GS and I were both treated for Strep throat with fevers over 103 and ruptured ear drums. The staff at the ER were appalled that this clinic refused to work with me under the circumstances. I later received a letter from Crossroads Medical telling me they were dropping me as a patient because I upset their staff. Very much a waste of time and a stamp as I would never use them again. Beware of this facility if you expect your doctor and his/her staff to put patient care first. They clearly don't understand that sick people aren't there to stroke their egos. read more

The best advice I can give anyone is to never go to this office. They will bill your insurance for services and diagnoses that they did not provide. I'm living this nightmare currently. I went in for a simple test and they took information from my health history form and claimed they treated me for it. When we never discussed any of the "problems" I have in the office. They will bill for fraudulent money and if they have done it to me I cannot imagine how much they are scamming everyone else out of. I've learned that they will ask you to pay for testing for example a strep test they will request you to pay for that on your way out of the office. But if you have Insurance they should never bill you personally they are just taking money out of your pocket to add to their's. All of these medical professionals should be ashamed to claim that they above all will do no harm. I guess they don't think scamming people out of their money is harmful. They are a total disgrace to the medical profession. You can contact your insurance company to find out what they claimed and build for at your visit and I promise most of you will discover they build for something they never did or diagnosed you with something you already had but gave them the information in your intake paperwork.
