Several appetizers were ordered; one order of nachos never arrived, we were told there was no calamari about 30 minutes after putting in our order. A couple of the meals were not eaten because they just weren't good. We had to ask for water and ask for utensils. Our waitress was nice, but overall, everything seems to be extremely disorganized, careless and overwhelmed.
