Someone is climbing over the top of the walls and going through belongings and boxes, leaving things in disarray. I feel violated that someone else has gone through my personal things, someone I don't know! They even left a cigarette butt in my unit (I don't smoke). I have contacted the office, and gotten no response. I had the police come out to the facility and filed a police report. They have also left a message and not been able to reach anyone. No one is there, the door is locked even though they have business hours posted. There is no signage indicating when they will return. So if you are currently renting a unit - check it out and start taking pictures every time you are there. I began doing that as it seemed things were a little disturbed. Glad I did, because my belongs were gone through and re-arranged. I have a picture of that as well. I have emailed the company with pictures and all the information and gotten no response. All these years it has been a good facility for the price - but there is no one on site to assist you with anything! If you are looking to begin renting a unit from this location, I would suggest find another storage unit company. Thanks! This facility is very clean and has large isles between units to allow for a small tow trailer to access the units (bonus). The owner and office personnel are very helpful and pleasant. We utilize a storage unit there and have for over 3 years; as well as renting U-Haul equipment from time to time. They are old school, which I love, and are not all automated. I have been to many storage facilities in my lifetime plus have done many auctions and so forth of units.. well the two men pictured in the facility photos Scott m left and his lover boy Preston on the right, apparently Colorado storage laws and regulations as well as HUMAN DECENCY doesn't seem to apply to them. And seems Preston and Scott both are running a little scam game dealing only in cash so the irs especially won't know about the extra income they are getting on the side using the cooperation name on top of the... 1. Facility isn't up to code regulations regarding emergency exits in case of fire ect. There is no way to open the gate manually nor bypass it if your phone is dead or breaks or something you are gonna have to leave your car and jump the gate entirely. No "pin pad" access works nor was given to me as an option. No disposal. A sign says "tenants will be fined" on the dumpster... isn't that what you are paying for? To use the facilities at the facility you are renting from??? No that's because they don't wanna pay to have trash service active because that's extra money they are pocketing under the table too 2. The pos app they used to only give me access temporarily to a full unit i PURCHASED AND GAVE A FULL MONTHS SECURITY DEPOSIT ON only gave a pregnant woman less then five days because the pos thing didn't want to work two nights out of the five to get in. And I asked so praised "good manager" for one. ONE FUCKING EXTRA DAY after already being locked in, not having any bathrooms to pee In and im pregnant. Them not even allowing me in to get my hormone meds and asthma meds I left in my bag on accident in what I thought was my fucking unit right. Causing me to have in fact a miscarriage at 16 weeks the night of my son's birthday. I told them the day of supposed clean out limit I'd need more time I can pay or better yet let's transfer the name of MY BELONGINGS TO MY NAME FOR ME TO BE LIABLE FOR well apparently I was discriminated against and not offered that option like everyone else. They would've gotten more money in the long run if they would've rented me a unit because i probably would've taken a couple months clearing it at grace slowly... but the 200$ cash deposit was easier to just keep. Let's also keep in mind what a security deposit is. It's a deposit made by a renter as a part of a rental agreement (which they didn't do either and it's required by law to have written agreements casing all terms serving good faith for renter and tenant) because property is NOT TO BE SOLD OR REMOVED UNTIL A full 30 days delinquent on an account has been met. 30 DAYS OVER DUE. I tried to PAY IT AGAIN BEFORE WEE TWO!!!!!! And Scott m. Wants to tell me he is "pissed because he had to pay 600$ to cleanout my unit. The security deposit is to cover any cleaning costs or unpaid costs the unit may endure if payment is stopped and contract is broken. That's what a security deposit is. So with a dead baby, 550 thrown the fuck away for nothing. Experiencing what probably was human trafficking at the facility as well. One day... I had to eat a trailer rental on top of it too because Preston wouldn't give a pregnant woman after he wouldn't and admitted to closing the account before the facilities closing hours even after I had contacted his little lover Scott night of technology issue. Nope fuck you fuck your miscarriage fuck you being a single mom trying to just survive. The couldn't give me one more day to clear it. I busted my ass going through the mess in there. For nothing. To not be given the opportunity to pay it because I would've.... Lack of human decency, lack of respect, lack of empathy, lack of professionalism, lack of good business, lack of dignity. Don't rent from that fuck save yourself some time, money, health and rent anywhere else. Very very very shocked at such unprofessional service from a company I'm still in shock. I never ran or will run business like that the customer is always right that's the motto. But these guys.... They are needing that cash a little too desperately to have a concept on what good business looks like. So hopefully a lawsuit can get this straightened out since I have yet to hear from any of the two to correct their wrongs and time is ticking. IRS and county will be a fun time but could've made it right boys.
