Whenever my card expires and I am waiting for a new one the gal waits on charging until I can get her an updated card, she also calls me or e-mails me to let me know; Moving in was incredibly easy when I first enlisted; They offer a military discount on top of their already stellar prices. Additionally I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. It is now time for me to move my items from Loveland since I no longer have family in the area and I am on my way to the East coast and established enough to no longer need storage. Were my circumstances different I would definitely continue using this storage facility, or would definitely use this facility again. I give strong recommendation to anyone looking for a storage unit in this area.

For the most…read morepart I have been happy, but if you are renting a unit from the facility on Valencia - check your belongings! Someone is climbing over the top of the walls and going through belongings and boxes, leaving things in disarray. I feel violated that someone else has gone through my personal things, someone I don't know! They even left a cigarette butt in my unit (I don't smoke). I have contacted the office, and gotten no response. I had the police come out to the facility and filed a police report. They have also left a message and not been able to reach anyone. No one is there, the door is locked even though they have business hours posted. There is no signage indicating when they will return. So if you are currently renting a unit - check it out and start taking pictures every time you are there. I began doing that as it seemed things were a little disturbed. Glad I did, because my belongs were gone through and re-arranged. I have a picture of that as well. I have emailed the company with pictures and all the information and gotten no response. All these years it has been a good facility for the price - but there is no one on site to assist you with anything! If you are looking to begin renting a unit from this location, I would suggest find another storage unit company. Thanks! Hope this helps someone and hope no one else has had the same experience as I have had. I see I can post pictures, but I am going to wait until after the investigation to do that.

This facility is very clean and has large isles between units to allow for a small tow trailer to access the units (bonus). The owner and office personnel are very helpful and pleasant. We utilize a storage unit there and have for over 3 years; as well as renting U-Haul equipment from time to time. They are old school, which I love, and are not all automated. The personal touch is much appreciated.
