I have been with this group for many years, even when they were not Storage Sense. For the most part I have been happy, but if you are renting a unit from the facility on Valencia - check your belongings! Someone is climbing over the top of the walls and going through belongings and boxes, leaving things in disarray. I feel violated that someone else has gone through my personal things, someone I don't know! They even left a cigarette butt in my unit (I don't smoke). I have contacted the office, and gotten no response. I had the police come out to the facility and filed a police report. They have also left a message and not been able to reach anyone. No one is there, the door is locked even though they have business hours posted. There is no signage indicating when they will return. So if you are currently renting a unit - check it out and start taking pictures every time you are there. I began doing that as it seemed things were a little disturbed. Glad I did, because my belongs were gone through and re-arranged. I have a picture of that as well. I have emailed the company with pictures and all the information and gotten no response. All these years it has been a good facility for the price - but there is no one on site to assist you with anything! If you are looking to begin renting a unit from this location, I would suggest find another storage unit company. Thanks! Great quiet location, I feel very safe here with all the cameras and the gate. Manager is nice and friendly.

I used the Storage Sense facility in Loveland Co for six months to store my home goods while awaiting completion of my home. They were able to get me a large unit with easy access, and when our movers needed more storage space, Jennifer was able to a get another small unit immediately to meet my needs. Rates were very reasonable, and the location was well secured. The units were clean and well kept. I would use them again for any future storage needs. read more

I have had a unit here for over 20 years. When Storage Sense took over the rent went up and the late fees were raised to 20 % of rent. The grace period went from 10 days to 4 days. All with no lease. Stay away from this outfit. Looks like a big corp. looking to cash out your family heirlooms and any other stuff you can't bail out. read more
