He even got off his machine once to hand pick-up small pieces of asphalt that had gotten on the top skirt of the driveway. Fourth, my neighbor got a new driveway a few days later by a different company. I asked him if he would share how much he paid. It was $3,100 more than I paid for about the same sized driveway! We did not have a chance to access the work, as it snowed shortly after he completed the job. Come spring 2020 we noticed that a large portion of the pavers have settled towards the house, which causes the water to run towards our home. The reason for the landscaping in the first place was because of this issue, which is now worse than it was before.   As for the sod, the yard was never graded and fill was not laid appropriately so the sod could grow. We are left with a very rough yard of dead sod. The only thing that was done properly was the sidewalks, which Bill subcontracted out. The sub contractor came to our residence twice asking for payment even though Bill was paid in full. The sub contractor still has not been paid. 01002339275-00 9 We paid over $18,000 for this landscaping and are left with and absolute disaster. We had several other landscaping companies come to assess and to have the work done properly which we already paid Bill to do will cost at least $7,000. Mind you when we told the other companies what we paid for the work Bill attempted to complete they were astonished and said we were severely overcharged. We have requested Bill pay for us to have the landscaping done properly. We are not asking for reimbursement of the entire amount, but just what we will have to pay to have it completed properly. Bill has refused so we have no other recourse than to file suit. In the process of doing so it appears this will not be the first time Bill has been sued. Appears he operated under a different business name and was sued by another individual, as he has several judgments. We would highly think twice before hiring Bill to do any work for you.

This meant replacing the block footings and the removing the brick work on the face of the wall, supporting the roof line bringing the wall back to plumb. They then replaced the footings and block under the wall and relaid the brick facing.They also did a concrete apron across all 3 stalls of the garage which solved other problems of heaving of the driveway at the garage entrance. These guys were great to work with, showing up when they said they would and completing the job quickly.We will use them again if the need arises and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have concrete or block / brick work done.

This should have been a red flag but after stating we talked about not damaging the driveway and that should have been in your quote we moved forward. I reminded his foreman the concrete must slope away from the home. After job completion it was pretty clear the concrete was not sloped properly. Micah his foreman assured me it was. After the stain dried I put a level on the concrete and it is indeed pitching at my house. That was over a month ago. No resolution and a " stamped concrete has irregularities " is where we are at. They have $5,916.00 and the work was not done correctly. Buyer BEWARE! I am seeking a solution still but at this point I do not trust they will do what they say they are going to do.
