While working at my house, John took calls on speakerphone from at least THREE different homeowners who were angry with him over not showing up as scheduled, not receiving materials they paid for, and leaving their homes unfinished / unlivable. He did the same to me as well and won't even return calls. - John uses unskilled day laborers to do electrical and carpentry work instead of trained tradesmen or journeymen. Big shock...nothing he touched works! - Waste material from demolition is left behind unless you repeatedly press him to remove it. - He asks for money despite not hitting normal progress points in a job. I paid thousands for work not yet done. - At best, he shows up for 60% of the expected days/hours, until he's in over his head and can't fix the problems he creates. Then, he ghosts you and makes up excuses.
