No one came, however I gave them the benefit of the doubt again, given the rainy days of late and they likely were overbooked. I figured then they would come on Tuesday, the lawn would be done as the lawn is now overgrown. No one came. I called late Tuesday and left a message that I wished they had told me they were not accepting my job, I would have begun my search all over again. The man who came to give the quote about the problem tree also advised regarding safety and health of other trees on the property and ultimately I ended up having them take three trees down. Their pricing seemed affordable to me, scheduling was easy and watching them work was a TREAT. They were like superheroes in their craft. I stayed indoors and watched from the windows stress-free and in awe as they easily took these massive trees down and chipped them up for removal. The men that I dealt with were polite and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. Recently I recommended them to a neighbor who needed extensive tree work done as well and they were on site from 7am til after 8pm (in the dark!) working hard. Poor execution of the job. And Nobody to talk to, just voicemail and 2 days delay responses. Don't go for the low ball estimates with hidden surcharges!!
