While they carry attractive/popular older vintage California cabs that sell for between $50-$150/bottle, they are not properly cared for & more than likely corked/spoiled...8-10+year old $150 bottles of wine rapidly deteriorate if not stored in proper temperature controlled environments. These bottles should NOT be standing vertical, rather they should be laid horizontal... After speaking with the manager, he advised that they DO NOT stand behind their products & all sales of their over priced vinegar are final. This is unlike the previous owner... FYI, most reputable wine stores that want to build clientele & stay in business don't sell vinegar & stand behind their product. (Of course no business would accept an empty bottle as proof that it was of poor quality...however a 9/10 bottle of vinegar would suffice) If you're looking for wine, that's NOT OVERPRICED & properly cared for, Total Wine is worth the extra travel time! Prices are comparable to other stores but not always lower. It is smaller compared to the big chains. Service is on par with other stores - staff is always helpful and friendly. The store is bright and open and laid out well. I walked in today and walked out with a 12 year bottle of Weller. I challenge you to find it in any other store without being a part of their club, or requiring you to purchase other bottles of lower tier bourbon first. Other than "1 per customer" anyone could buy it. Thank you for your service to the common man. Can't wait to see what I find next time.

He answered my questions about some other items that I was interested in and showed me around the store. Like I mentioned earlier, the store was large but kind or dark and gloomy. Maybe because it's located in a very old building. I was interested in what kind of nonalcoholic beverages they sell but was a bit disappointed. Their beer collection is great, but there was only one brand of nonalcoholic wines to choose from, and it was more expensive than at my usual store. Overall, if I'm in the neighborhood and need a gift, I will go back.

We took the short walk over and immediately noticed the great indoor and outdoor layout. We walked up to the counter and reviewed the menu. They had a nice variety of beers and the friendly bartender helped us make our selections based on our style preferences. We scooped up our beers and headed to a table outside. The outside space was definitely a highlight of this brewery. They even had a stage for live music. We ended up ordering a couple rounds and enjoyed the atmosphere before heading out. And it must be a local favorite as there were quite a few telecommuters working in there. The barista was awesome. Friendly, up beat and a very nice vibe. My double espresso Americano Carmel Macchiato was delicious and I was quite impressed with my bacon, egg and cheese croissant. The croissant was amazing. It was so delicate and lite it just about disintegrated in your mouth. A very nice place to enjoy a cup of java. Now to get back there for some beer sampling. Which by the way had quite a few taps.

My friend and I visited Stout Brothers for a coffee meet up & we were pleasantly surprised when we entered! We were looking to support a local coffee shop that had ample seating, great coffee and quick bite to eat & this location in downtown Woodstock had just that! I ordered a cold brew with brown sugar cold foam and a warmed Croissant. The cold brew was sooo good, I sipped it as slow as possible for long lasting enjoyment haha! Its been hours since I left & the caffeine is still at work! (Just what I like lol) The croissant was delicious & fresh! For the amount of people that were there, it was relatively quiet. The tv's were on & you could purchase beer in the am if that's your jam! They also had Alma coffee for sale, had to get a bag, i LOVE alma! And some local honey and bee pollen. This is the kind of coffee shop I love to frequent! I would be very interested to see the vibe Stout offers in the evenings! I will definitely be returning in the near future!!!
