    WELL STOCKED!!…read more Service - 4 Product availability - 5 Cleanness - 3.5 Cats in adoption crew - 5+ I'm glad I have a PetSmart in my neighborhood, it's always a lifesaver when I ran out of stuff and notice it in the very last minute. I think this store needs a better cleaning. Often times there is a funky smell in the air, just as soon as you step in. Yes, I know it is a pet store and there are live animals in here, but still I don't think it is clean the way it is supposed to be. This and sometimes not having enough personnel at the checkout lines. Other than that, everything else is pretty good, the level of products in stock provided it is not a big store, it is fairly easy to find parking if you are driving, etc. The cats in adoption section is my favorite. I come to the store every other week just to see them. PetSmart does a great job taking care of them and keeping them through adoption. Show some love and adopt one :)

We love how they always have Christmas events where you can have your pets get a photo with Santa. As you might expect, most people bring dogs, but the staff including Santa have always been more than happy to see our cats and they deal with them very gently and calmly helping out our kitties at ease! And of course it's super convenient to load up on Christmas presents for them after. It's fairly convenient to park here as well. All in all, a great Petsmart!

    Please be aware this place preys on your desperation with the final objective of ripping you off…read more Yes, I am definitely mad an angry for how we an our pet were treated at this place, and now, after a week of the incident, calmed and with my dog fully recovered, I wanted to share our experience and provide evidence supporting my claims. Of course, before writing this review, I made a formal complaint through DBPR who is supposed to investigate and provide licenses for these establishments. Hope they look into this. Anyway, we came to this establishment (VEG ER for Pets) to bring our dog that just had a small leg injury. Without even checking the pet, the dog was needled for IV and was applied different pain medicines without any consultation. Several procedures took place thereafter including X rays and so (again, without consultation). At this stage, no veterinary had yet even look at the dog's leg. A veterinary came to us after a while with a long list of procedures the dog was being subjected to, and that we had to approve and pay in advance in order to continue. Different doctors and nurses at the establishment explained to us many absurd things that could be happening to our dog from a massive internal bleeding, to spinal cord fracture just to name a few. They have not even examined the leg yet, and actually never did. Since we were reluctant to sign the approval for the procedures they wanted to carry out, they left us alone clearly knowing that we were nervous and worried about all the unfounded diagnosis they have shared with us (clearly meant to generate fear). We decided to take our dog and leave, not before after they made us pay them $600 without any clarity under what basis were they charging this. I can certainly probe that all the procedures this establishment wanted to carry out were unnecessary and were meant just to increase the bill. That same night we left VEG ER for Pets with our pet and went to another veterinary where our dog was cured and treated completely differently for the same injury. The list of procedures at this establishment is completely different. The doctor quickly cleaned and look at the wound upon arrival, no IV was necessary though they did administer some medicine and did a X Ray to ensure everything was OK. In contrast, the list of procedures from VEG includes so many items that were total unnecessary and unfounded. Below, just a few of the things that appeared in VEG's list: Laceration Repair E-collar Peripheral Catheter Penrose Drain Lactated Ringers And there were so many more blood tests and medicines that the list is 3 pages long, while in the other establishment is just bandage, some medicines, x rays and that is it. I have shared the two establishment's lists of procedures with DBPR's officers for the investigation.

    We absolutely trust and love Peace Love Paws! We have used…read morethe boarding service for our boxer about three times now and would continue to bring our dog here as long as we need to. The house has a large backyard where you can see there's space for the dogs to run and play. Anthony takes daily pictures of the dogs and sends them over so we can see the group of dogs and what they are up to. He has a magic power (for real) because he manages to keep all these dogs sitting while taking pics lol. Our dog feels like he's at home there since we take his bed, leash, and food. Also, Anthony is very easy to reach. We would answer your call/texts right away or within mins! we heard from him through our building. It turned out that a lot of ppl use their services here so that gave us more peace of mind. We love them and are very grateful for their services a because they love our dog as much as we do.

When we picked her up, I gave her water and she immediately started drinking it desperately. She didn't even greet us. She was more focused on drinking water than on seeing us, which says a lot about how thirsty she was. That behavior is not normal for her. Runa is not a dog that pants excessively unless she has been running a lot or is extremely tired. She almost never pants, not even when she's happy. That's why it really stood out to me that in every photo I received during her stay, she was constantly panting. At first glance, the dogs may appear "happy," but in reality they seem thirsty. She was there for only 5 days and still came back thinner and extremely thirsty. I can't imagine how uncomfortable that must have been for her , or how other dogs may be feeling if they are not being given proper access to water. I'm writing this with sadness, but also with the hope that this feedback leads to better care and attention to the well-being of the animals left at this place.

    Banfield midtown is an absolute joke…read more For years I went to the coral way location but recently switched because midtown is closer. Their computers are always broken, they had me fill out medical history by hand after I've been in the system for 6 years, won't validate parking after 30 minutes (and they are slow), none of the staff know what's going on (can't see appointments on their screen), I could go on forever. Save your time and make sure to see a different Banfield location.

I had an appointment scheduled today at 10:00 a.m. Yesterday, Banfield called me to reschedule because the doctor supposedly wouldn't be available. I adjusted my entire schedule and moved the appointment to 11:00 a.m. as they suggested. I arrived on time for the 11:00 a.m. appointment and was then made to wait 40 minutes, only for staff to tell me that the doctor at this location was in surgeries and my dog would not be seen at all today. So let me be clear: They gave me an appointment, moved it themselves, had me come in, made me wait, and then told me they couldn't see my dog. At that point, they told me to drive to another location 30 minutes away, which is completely unrealistic when my entire day was already planned around the appointment they scheduled. If I had known this earlier, I would have taken my dog to another veterinarian where she would have actually received care. I am paying $60 a month for a wellness plan, and yet when my dog actually needs medical attention, Banfield shows zero consideration for my time, my schedule, or my dog's health. Emergencies should be handled with urgency and transparency--not poor communication and wasted time. This experience cost me time, money, and emotional energy, and worst of all, my dog still did not receive the care she needs. Completely unacceptable.
