This past December 2023, l took off my neck warmer in a show, and a few moments after, l realized the earring that kept getting loose was gone. I decided to find the store where my husband bought it, and l finally found the box! And l called.(This wasn't the first time; however, l was lucky to find the earring immediately). The owner attended my call, and l explained the story; he mentioned the following: 1) It is expected that all earrings come off even with a screw back. (REALLY????) 2) He suggested that if l sent him the earring, he would match it and then send me a new one for $350 plus tax. Honestly, I wasn't expecting too much, but l didn't think he would ever say that "it was normal." I believe if l buy cheap quality...IT IS NORMAL! But not 600 dollars earrings!!!
