SASH is one of them. He's nice on the outside, but he's good at fooling new customers. I gave him the benefit of the doubt based on his reviews and trusted him. NEVER ignore your gut. He is indeed a SCAMMER that has been fooling people for decades. You'll realize that after the great conversation he has with you. They will try to remove this review but I was a real customer. Believe the other reviewers telling you the same. I brought in several pieces of jewelry for repair along with tipping Sash, expecting professional, long-lasting work based on the reviews. Unfortunately, within approximately two months, ALL OF MY JEWLERY BROKE/FELL APART. I was SO disappointed because the purpose of having jewelry repaired is to ensure that it is fixed properly and lasts. The quality of the workmanship is EXTREMELY POOR. He then proceeds to blame his poor workmanship on your jewlery (similar to what others said here). That was NOT the case. My pieces are all genuine and well-made. I've had pieces repaired decades ago that have never split open like this. In my opinion, Sash came across as VERY misleading. He talks and distracts you with conversation. He spoke about family and friends, who seem to be the ones receiving the highest level of care (and the ones writing the good reviews), while new customers receive poor service. He also intentionally adds on additional charges without confirming with the customer, that was fine with me, but at least provide the service you charged for. I am posting this review so that other customers can make an informed decision before spending their money here. If you are looking for reliable jewelry repairs, I would recommend considering the other jewelry repair businesses on the same floor. I went to another guy and he did a fantastic job. I regret spending so much money and hope this review helps other potential customers avoid a similar experience.

They were very reachable, I contacted them outside of business hours and they were able to communicate effectively based on my schedule. They offered a great price for my rings and were upfront about the processes and options needed to keep my ring as beautiful as when it was gifted. The office was confusing to find as it's located within Radio City Music Hall but they were very affected. I was able to get my ring resized and completed the same day. After engraving, the glasses had visible cracks, and when I went to gently hand wash them, they completely shattered. First off it's a true family owned and operated business. And they treat you like family too (minus the drama) everyone was so warm and friendly. I first called and spoke to lovely Anna and she told me it was possible but to come in so their jeweler can take a look at it first. I got there around 11am and I told them my dilemma, Tammy and her team made me feel reassured all would work out and Yekutiel did not hesitate and got on the phone with his setter and told me to come back by 4:30. Mind. Freaking. Blown. They did a magnificent job of setting my diamonds into my new setting but they were also very impressed by the craftsmanship of my custom ring setting. Because it was an emergency situation, I was ready to pay over $1K for this service but the bill was not even close to that number.
