The staff did not ask the right questions or provide professional guidance regarding the appropriate sign and frame sizes. They sent proofs without discussing sizing, and I was relying on their expertise as a professional sign company. The experience felt more like they were simply printing and charging rather than consulting with the customer. I also had a grommet come off immediately when I tried to hook the sign. When I brought it to their attention, I was offered only a $3.84 credit. I tried to work with the owner to find a reasonable middle ground, especially since I was prepared to order six additional frames. Unfortunately, she refused to work toward a solution. I will not be returning to this location. When something goes wrong, I expect a business to take responsibility, listen to the customer, and make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue.

Just down the street from me, I met with Doug and Denise, the owner/operators of the store. They immediately welcomed me in, sat me down with them and included me in the design process with complete transparency and coordination. Denise runs the office and communicates openly and often whether we are prepping for an appointment, or immediately following. I'd say the communication is excellent during the service too, but Doug works too fast to require it! Doug is a no-nonsense designer and installer; no smoke no mirrors but somehow the final product still exceeds expectations. I got to talking with Doug, and I was also pleased to learn his involvement with the local community as well; Doug and Denise are people who genuinely care. I recently dropped a Transit van on them last minute andsomehow,w they still got me in and out in just a few hours. Thanks to this, I met a deadline that Signarama had no obligation to. They only want to do anything through email, which is fine but we don't work on a computer it's easier to ask questions on the phone. They never can figure out re-prints from previous years they always want you to resend it to them instead of looking it up on their end. The final straw is this year's carbon copy, as you can see from the pictures the only part that needs to change is the calendar and they seemed to shrink that part. Called to talk to manager, employee answered "hello" so when I asked where I was calling they said BR Graphics totally fine I don't need a super welcoming answering of the phone but I wanted to talk to the manager. Called him and left a message last week. Knowing they don't really like phone calls I decided to email manager, info, and graphics as well trying to get someone to get the manager to answer me. Called several times to talk to a manager left several messages. Today I called and finally asked for the owner to call me back. Magically the manager called me back! He was defensive from the start, trying to explain what the difficulties we have been having with the business and he asked "what do you want me to do" "I sent you a sample" you're correct you did send a sample but you can't tell how microscopic you made the calendar part. Anyways, just asked for my images back and we'll be taking our business else where. I'm sorry to see this business go down hill the way that it has. But hopefully one day they will get someone in there that likes what they do and has more of a customer service base than the people currently working there.
