Hey Randy. Fantastic job for the office counter shields. Trying to keep up with the covid safety recommendations is a challenge. I heard so many great things about FastSigns and was really excited to use them for my business. FastSigns was a referral from one of my good colleagues. Setting up the appointment and to have them come out to measure, get more info and scope the property was real easy. However, it saddens me to leave this review because of the good I did hear. They don't return your phone calls or emails even when you have the main guys personal number. When you call to the main business phone he's always out on the job (which I understand) but to simply ignore a customer is blatantly lack of customer service. To always hear the front desk, "I'll make sure he calls you" (which he never did) gives you perspective you're just being ignored. There was no communication at all or any eager concern at all towards the client. A place I wouldn't recommend. read more

I went to the FastSigns location in Antioch to inquire about a Welcome home sign to hang on our building. Our son was returning from a 9 month deployment and we were so proud and honored as parents we basically just wanted to share our joy. The young lady at the counter was extremely polite and gave us instructions on how to email our ideas for the sign. Not only did they create a fantastic sign but they informed us that their company supports its military and they donated the entire sign. I was so completely thankful for this extremely generous gift. I've noticed that since the Iraq war ended I don't see as many yellow ribbons on cars and less of a movement supporting our brave soldiers serving. In fact when I told people of my sons mission in Iraq they appeared confused. Hardly anyone knew of the operation. Or what was even going on there. So thank you FastSigns for supporting our military and their families. When our loved ones serve we all serve and sacrifice. These were to be placed in the front windows so that our customers would see the new items we are offering. Unfortunately I've always had problems with them. Historically, for every three orders I place, I have to return twice to address bad product quality. Mostly stickers, lack of quality control on cutting it properly, to stained vinyl and average to poor customer service. I get that sometimes things might go wrong, but the attitude after the fact is what gets me the most, never an apology for their mistakes. Never an offer to make it up. It feels like they are doing you a favor. I had already located and ordered from another Fast Signs in a different town and what a difference in quality control and organization. read more

I love this place. I came to fastsigns one day because my regular sign place started giving me garbage and taking forever to return a phone call or email. Let me tell you, the guys that work here were so fast to get back to me from a simple email. They called me right up and went over in detail the process and design of my order, but explained that it was probably better to come in and meet with them so that they made sure everything was right. I'm glad I came in, they were very friendly and proffessional and helped me choose the right options and layout for my signs. Days later I received proofs of the design in my email and after I approved it seemed like the signs were done in no time and they were calling me to pick up! I walked in there to get info about pricing for a sign on both sides and the back of my work truck. Since I'm pretty new to being a business owner, I didn't have a logo, just something "in mind". I was greeted by a gentleman who right away sat me down to explain the process and pricing. I thought it was reasonably priced, so I paid in full right away. They told me to bring something similar to what I wanted for my logo/lettering and they would have their designer take care of it. When I called back to give them my sketch I was told I would no longer be working with the gentleman who initially helped me, but with someone else. That someone else was Alvin. I must say, if he was the one who initially helped me, I wouldn't have gone back! They kept emailing me proofs of what the designer came up with. It took about 6 proofs before they got it right....only because I was the one to point out little details that made it look unprofessional and, honestly, just "put-together". When I pointed these details out, this Alvin guy seemed to get very irritated with me pointing out their mistakes and their lack of attention to detail. Some of the wording on the back was a little crooked, and they had changed what I wanted it to say at one point. To top it off, he kind of kept rushing me to approve for printing. Hello! How can I approve it for printing if I'm not satisfied?! In the end, it looks very nice and I've gotten a lot of compliments on my truck, but I would not recommend them. Sorry.... read more
