We were on the same page immediately! Keith taught me invaluable systems that I've been putting into place around my home between our sessions. I knew I wanted to get rid of a lot of stuff, but I really appreciate that Keith never actually pressured me to "just get rid of" anything. He'd see me looking at something really hard and ask me a few questions to help me clarify my feelings and align my decisions with my goals. I had a lot of Big Feelings around certain spaces so having Keith's practical problem-solving and non-judgmental presence was invaluable in transforming my home into a place I enjoy using. I'm so happy to report I've been using my kitchen! Plus he's honestly just a joy to hang out with for a day. I highly recommend Keith to help you to fall in love with your space!

Working with Keith has been a life-changing experience, truly. I tell basically everyone I know…read moreabout it. After six sessions he's not only transformed my space but my relationship to it: my home is no longer a source of stress and chaos, but a sanctuary where I can fully unwind. I can now maintain a baseline of organization with ease, without needing long weekend cleaning sessions. I know where everything is and don't need to waste time searching for my things. I never thought I could be this type of person. What's special about Keith is that he doesn't just organize, he teaches you the skills required for maintaining an organized home over the long term, tailored to you. He's trained with Marie Kondo and specializes in organizing for ADHD. He asks excellent questions in the decluttering process and has brilliant strategies for organization--I don't have ADHD but find that his methods work very well for my busy pace of life. I've developed a better understanding of why disorganization happens and how to address them and create systems as needed. All that to say, working with Keith is one of the best investments I've ever made. He's also a lovely person to spend an afternoon with, and always communicative, warm, and incredibly punctual. I'm so grateful to him and could not recommend his services more.

I'm independent and self-sufficient and this was the first time I enliste someone's help on matters like this. She made it easy for me. When I contacted her, she was quick to respond and very professional. When I spoke with her on the phone, it seemed that she knew what she was doing and had solid experience. She came across as professional and friendly, competent, clear, and ready to get down to business. I've worked in a few different industries in my adult life and have interviewed prospective employees. My intuition on these things has tended to be solid. Ashley fit the bill. She came across as professional and trustworthy. She described her process for handling sensitive information, which I appreciated. She was also very understanding about a recent death in the family that contributed to my overwhelm. We did all the work remotely. She got me up to speed on a shared password system, a project management system, and kept active lists of what we were each doing. This kept my head clear and me on task. She made things easy, and all the work was completed in time. I'm very grateful to Ashley. I highly recommend her to make your life and/or business much easier!

I had such a pleasant experience with Jason. He was professional, friendly and extremely helpful…read more I would definitely recommend this storage facility as it's extremely clean, well organized, very secure and VERY safe. Being a woman I didn't feel taken advantage of as far as pricing as Jason was very forthcoming and upfront with pricing. I'm very happy, pleased and satisfied with my decision to go with this storage facility. The process was very quick and smooth and I really appreciated Jason reaching out to me to ensure I was satisfied while confirming when everything was in the system and finalized - extremely efficient!!! Thank you Mr. Jason and continued blessings Sir!!!

**CAUTION** Before renting at any storage facility managed by Cubix Asset Management, I would…read morestrongly encourage prospective tenants to do their homework and ask a lot of questions. My concerns don't stem from a minor customer service issue. They stem from how Cubix handled the aftermath of a burglary at one of its managed facilities where my property was stolen. As a disabled veteran, many of the items I stored were not simply replaceable household goods. Among the property taken were military awards, memorabilia, service-related keepsakes, and personal belongings collected over years of military service. Some of these items had been with me through multiple duty assignments and major chapters of my life. They carried sentimental value that cannot be measured in dollars and cannot simply be replaced with an insurance payment. After the theft, I spent months attempting to obtain basic information, including insurance contacts, ownership information, preservation of video footage and access logs, and a clear explanation of what happened. The process was frustratingly slow, communication was inconsistent, and getting straightforward answers proved far more difficult than it should have been. The facility advertised security cameras and surveillance. After the burglary, I was informed by the property manager that the camera covering the area of my unit was not functioning or connected to Wi-Fi. Learning that after my property had already been stolen was deeply concerning. I also learned that there had been another break-in in the same area of the facility just days before my unit was burglarized. That raised obvious questions about what additional precautions, inspections, or security checks were performed afterward and whether the advertised daily walkthroughs were actually occurring as represented. What was most disappointing was the lack of urgency and accountability after a customer suffered a significant loss. A theft is stressful enough. Customers should not have to spend months chasing information that should be readily available after an incident, especially when the stolen property includes items that are impossible to replace. In the end, after months of follow-up, the only resolution offered was roughly three months of free rent. While I appreciated that some offer was eventually made, it amounted to very little compared to the value of the property that was stolen and the time spent trying to obtain answers. Rather than providing confidence that the matter had been taken seriously, the offer felt more like an acknowledgment that something had gone wrong without any meaningful effort to make it right. The message I was left with was simple: the loss was significant, but the response was minimal. As a result, I have been forced to pursue the matter in small claims court. If you're considering renting at a Cubix-managed facility, I would recommend asking the following questions before signing a lease: * Who handles theft and loss claims? * How can tenants obtain insurance information if property is stolen? * What procedures exist to preserve surveillance footage and access records? * Are all advertised security cameras actually functioning and connected? * What steps are taken when there is a reported break-in at the facility? * How quickly are customer complaints escalated and resolved? * Who has authority to make decisions when a serious issue arises? I can only speak from my own experience, but based on that experience, I would think carefully before storing anything you would be upset to lose. Renting the unit was easy. Getting answers after a burglary was not. Anyone considering a Cubix-managed facility should spend as much time asking about theft claims, surveillance systems, and incident response as they do comparing rental rates. Those details may not seem important until the day you actually need them.

We used Provident services for about 12 weeks after my mom returned home from being hospitalized…read morefor 6 weeks with life-threatening pneumonia. Overall, we had a GREAT experience with case manager Jennifer and the caregiver "Jo" who became my mom's main caregiver. Coordinating care for an elder is no simple task - there is no way I could have given my mom all the support she needed for a successful recovery. It took a while and we had to try a few caregivers, but Provident filled in exactly as I needed them when we needed them approximately 10-20 hours per week. Difficulties, but still deserves "Great" rating: A major challenge was finding the right schedule and caregiver for my mom, but that was resolved to her liking. A second major challenge was our thinking my mom's LTC insurance policy would cover a significant amount of the cost, but Provident Care Home Care is not a Medicare qualified provider, so we paid out of pocket and may get some reimbursement from her insurance but we don't know yet. HOWEVER, even if we have to pay the full amount for her 12 weeks of care from Provident, it was 100% worth the expense. Finding a private caregiver is always an option. However, I really appreciated having an agency and a care coordinator to ensure adequate coverage and provide general support for me as my mom's primary caregiver.

We wanted a driver, while other companies offered very pricey car service, Concierge has knowledgeable drivers that will drive your vehicle for a hourly rate. This is a must have if you plan to hit a couple wineries, the police are out in force and this is much cheaper than a DUI. Derrick was our driver, he met us at our hotel and was actually early. Derrick knew a lot about the area, was very personable and professional. We knew where we wanted to go and he took us to those locations. After we went to Bell and Silver Oak, Derrick provided us with excellent suggestions and was even able to get our tasting comped and the wine club discount on purchases. On top of being nice and knowledgeable Derrick is in video production and brought his professional camera and took pictures of us, which he is emailing our way at no charge, he just likes taking pics. They also had cupcakes waiting for us at the hotel, classy touch. This really made our trip, I would highly recommend Concierge of the Valley to anyone. Also, if you like Cabernet, Bell is the spot to go, you need an appointment, but it is great stuff.
