Service is usually quick, but long lines and a busy staff lead to delays with pick ups and waiting around. Not great, especially waiting indoors lately. People ordering, eating, picking up mobile orders. I watched in amazement as all the employees moved around so fast with purpose. I counted 14 employees that I could see up front and everyone seemed to know exactly what to do. It seemed like such a well oiled machine and just I watched in awe while waiting for my food. I saw a manager note that the iced tea was empty and immediately someone started to address it like they knew it was their job to fix it. Super cool to see and no one seemed stressed or frustrated, just going with the flow and still super kind. And I got my food super quick.

I was charged more the first time then the guy at the counter said I was and didn't give me a receipt so I asked for one this time. He got made and said "the d*mn kids always need something". I was glad I did because I was charged $6 for my quoted $5.25 bill. They said they charge 25 cents to pay with card which is not posted anywhere. They said the sign had been taken down. Sign or no sign the math doesn't work. So if you have cash and are short on time this could be the place for you but I won't be back.
