Stopped in on a Friday night! Lots of take out orders but everything seemed very efficient and the environment was calm and chill music playing. My order took about 18/19 minutes but there were tons of take out ordered picked up. I ordered and paid for my food through a kiosk style tablet at the front. I was a little nervous at first, I didn't take a number or write out my name in the system but when the food came they brought it right to me! The gentleman who dropped my food off was super nice and the tray had everything I needed. The salad was big and super fresh. I'm usually nervous about ordering salads places because they are a hit or miss but this salad was great. End up taking most of the order home. If it would have had the American cheese I am sure it would have been a 5/5, the steak quality was also good. To wash it all down, I opted for an orange crush soda. Finally, I couldn't resist ending my feast with the funnel cake fries topped with powdered sugar. These were a sweet delight! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they were like a carnival treat right in my own home. I got the ceasar chicken wrap, horrible, dry and mostly lettuce. No ceasar dressing no parm cheese, chicken not seasoned. It was like my wrap came from a different restaurant than the food my husband got. He had to share his food with me as I threw most of my wrap in the trash. I've been there a couple of times. It is probably one of the most quality food spots. I've been to in a while. The staff and the owner are always great. The chicken sandwich was amazing the chicken tenders. My kid said it were the best chicken tenders they ever had. Although it's a chicken spot, the Smashburger is low-key elite. Both the fries are great meaning the sweet potato and the regular waffle fries. I'd recommend this place all day every day. Their chicken tenders are huge so be careful how many you order! I almost got a five piece and I'm glad I didn't, since a three piece was enough for two meals. I liked everything I got here. My husband got the Korean BBQ sandwich and thought it was good. The chicken is juicy and well cooked, good flavor. The cheese fries had a good taste but were a little soggy, which might be my fault since I drove them fifteen minutes back home and fries rarely travel well. This is the place you want to go for absolutely perfectly cooked chicken. My sandwich had a large breast which was moist and juicy inside and crisp outside. The sauce, pickles and Jack cheese combined to make a perfect sandwich. The service was fast and friendly even with a crowd from the art festival outside. Tried the following: - The Delco - American cheese, fried onions, Dijon mustard served on a pretzel bun. It was pretty good. Different. I liked it. When I bit into the sandwich it told me to go F myself and started doing the Eagles chant, all with a Delco accent. I guess that's why they call it the Delco. - Nashville Hot - pickles, ranch, Nashville hot sauce. I ordered mine extra hot and got an extra side of the extra hot. Tasty sauce. The staff was really friendly and helpful--we had the option to order at the screen but we asked the staff for recommendations before deciding on the Crisp Chik'n signature sandwich and The Delco. I thought the presentation looked okay, but they definitely taste much better than they look! Definitely better than an average fried chicken sandwich, the buttermilk breading was so flavorful (I definitely had to take a Lactaid for this) and the white meat was so tender, tasted fresh not like something that was frozen. I'd definitely get these two sandwiches again. Two minor things that would have made this a better experience (not docking any stars for it though because the meal really was so delicious): if the food presentation looked better (the pretzel bun looked really rough and the breading of the chicken looked powdery) and if the front door actually closed properly (we had to shoo flies away during the meal). read more
