I sent inspiration pictures then went in to design a new ring in their computer with them. It was then 3D printed so you can make any last minute changes before it's cast and diamonds are set. George is very patient and knowledgeable. We talked about all kinds of stones and shapes and sizes before coming up with the perfect arrangement. Jessica just seems to know exactly what your trying to do and how to put it in words. Both are very friendly and professional. I live in Columbus and drove 2 hours to see them and will continue for future prices! I Love it here and they did a fabulous job! (Ladies would dive down and pick out an Oyster, they'd open it and you'd buy the pearl inside) Our oyster was rare and has two pearls!! They put them in a little bag and my wife had them in her jewelry box since that time.
