She rushed through the interaction, didn't properly answer my questions, and made me feel like she just wanted me to leave. She also told me they don't pay spot price for .925 sterling silver, even though I have sold silver there several times before and was paid based on the spot price. When I tried to question the inconsistency, I still didn't receive a clear explanation. I have been a returning customer, which made today's treatment especially disappointing. I left feeling unwelcome and will not be returning.
