Their clothes are expensive and cute but they are terrible quality. Within 2 weeks, two different items ripped. They do not honor returns or replacements after 30 days. For the price of the clothing, the quality should be much better. read more

Love MOD!!! They are a clothing and accessories boutique off Highway K in O'Fallon! There are a few other locations as well. One in Edwardsville, Illinois and they are building one connected to the Marta's that's in Ellisville. The store is so cute! They are very similar to a store like Francesca's, in my opinion, but they have a little more to them. I love that everything is under $60! The employees at this location are so sweet too! I saw that they posted a really great deal/coupon on Instagram and so I went in to look around. They absolutely know how to style, and pick pieces that worked for me! I ended up leaving with a kimono and a shirt that they suggested! I love my purchases from here and I'm so glad they picked them out because I would have normally never picked up those items! I was unable to return/exchange a pair of shoes at the Ofallon location. I was told that I could return the shoes if I needed when I purchased them. Nowhere on the receipt or in the store did it state that shoes were final sale. I drove to St Charles location and they happily gave me store credit. O'Fallon location was not professional or helpful and I will never return. St Charles location was exceptional! read more

I've never shopped somewhere so much!! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I never feel pressured when I walk in there and if I feel a little lost on completing an outfit they have my back, but never make me feel like I have to buy something or they'll judge me like other places. They carry everything I could need from the very basics to those tiny details that send my outfit over the top! They are also amazing at keeping up with every trend of every season! I would say that half the closet is from MOD. And when I wear anything from there I get complimented left and right and I have no problem letting people know where to go to get my looks. Terrible management! I bought a dress at Ladue location on Saturday afternoon. I go to dinner with some friends in Clayton. While I'm in the restroom, I notice a rip on the inside of my sleeve. I only owned this dress for four hours. I was so embarrassed and hoped no one would see my ripped dress all night! On Sunday I go to the MOD in O'Fallon (since I live near that one) to return the dress. The girl working said she cannot do a cash refund without her manager. She calls her manager and she said no cash refund. Only store credit. The poor quality of this shirt and she wants to give me store credit so I return?!?! If she wanted to ensure I came back, she would have apologized to me personally on the phone and given me a cash refund. I realize these things happen, that's not why I am upset, it was the way management handled the situation that upsets me. I will never go back to MOD. I will give this in store credit to one of my teenage daughters if they wish to continue shopping here. I guess there is a reason I spend more money by shopping at higher end boutiques. read more
