To his credit he was knowledgeable, and somewhat informed me of what I was buying. However I snapped my crankshaft pedaling, not even three weeks after normal trail riding. I took it back in for the warranty, they were very busy on a Sunday. I waited for about 10-15 minutes, with my crankshaft in hand. I understand they were busy so I didn't mind the wait. Then the manger/owner, walks by me without acknowledging me or asking what was wrong, sees the crankshaft in my hand and says "your gonna have to leave that here" and walked away. I didn't even get a word in. I was stunned a little bit, less than 3 weeks ago he sold me a bike worth quite a lot of money. So I, left and went to Momentum on Mid Rivers, as soon as I walked in they greeted me and asked me how they could help. They explained everything to me and I dropped my bike off for them to work on. Mid Rivers now has a life long customer, I have gotten my friends into mtb and they shop at mid rivers. Moral of the story is, customer service is key.

There was a good amount of people on the trail and they were all really nice and respected the other people out on the trail. Lots of really nice single track and some double on your way in and out of the park. I wrecked twice just starting into the first 2 switchbacks but I had no idea what I was getting into. Overall best trail I have been on, but I guess that makes sense because its the only one I have been on.

He never looked at the unworn item nor receipt which was present. He asked why and the gentleman stated because the top of the box was ripped. I instantly called the manager when my son arrived home. I explained what happened and the employee lied several times. He first said the item was unsellable and then he said he had no receipt. When I arrived back with him they saw zero issues and returned it. It's very inconvenient so have someone take almost an hour going back and forth to the store. I could assume why he was treated like that but without proof I'll keep it to the employee was very unprofessional. Do better !!!!! To much of our money is spent here for this type of behavior

What I found great was that he was completely honest about other brands and their quality, regardless of whether it was a brand that P3 carried or not. I never once felt like he was pushing me to get the brands carried by P3, but rather felt that he was doing everything he could to make sure we found the right rower for us. Ultimately, that's what us to decide to purchase from P3, versus another store. Great customer service.
