Calling around other shops, this one was offering the best prices for silver--roughly 5% more compared to nearby shops. And compared to a place in the South Bay, it was nearly 100% more. So you can be assured you're getting a fair deal. One caveat is there's only one guy, and so it can take some time if there's people ahead of you.
