We purchased my wife's eternity band engagement ring from Sharif's 17 years ago and it finally lost a diamond--this as an aside attests to the level of their craftsmanship and quality. 17 years is a long time. I brought the ring in and they replaced the diamond and re-tipped the prongs that held the other diamonds. I picked the ring up in only a couple days and it looks as perfect as it did when I first gave it to her. Went in to get my wedding rings resized to a larger size but was concerned because my band has a lot of detail (filigree and diamonds) that completely encompasses the entire band. I was worried that adding extra gold would make it look awful having to cut the design in two. They said they would take a look at it and call me to let me know what they could do. After they called and said they could do it I put my trust in them and hoped for the best. When I picked up my rings I was pleasantly surprised at how great the additional gold added to the band looked.
