My husband bought me a new wedding ring set for our 10th anniversary while in Vegas, and when we returned home, I needed to get my ring set sized. I called looked on Yelp for best reviewed places but also being mindful of price. Sharif met those parameters when I called. I would give them 5 stars, however I was misled before coming in with the price. I was given one price, but when I got to the store, the price was double because it's a ring set (2) and the guy said I didn't tell them. Weird because I called it a ring set. These guys are great people; very down earth and knowledgeable. We purchased my wife's eternity band engagement ring from Sharif's 17 years ago and it finally lost a diamond--this as an aside attests to the level of their craftsmanship and quality. 17 years is a long time. I brought the ring in and they replaced the diamond and re-tipped the prongs that held the other diamonds. I picked the ring up in only a couple days and it looks as perfect as it did when I first gave it to her. I almost ended up buying another piece when I was there because the jewelry they have is brilliant. I'm not a jewelry guy either, but staring at their selection had me questioning that. I've been going to Sharif's jewelers for a while and the jewelers there are the best. They take the time to explain the process and what they are going to do. I took my wife's wedding ring in to have one of the prongs fixed. I apologize I can't remember the gentlemen's name behind the counter. But he did a great job on her ring. He didn't just fix it. Customer Service is amazing here. I was in desperate need to have two rings which were to tight, removed before my doctors appt. for carpal tunnel. After a couple unsuccessful try's, I found Sharifs who not only had the right tool but was also very careful not to damage my precious rings. I decided to re-set my engagement ring and dip it in rose gold and they let me come in to re-dip it (free of charge) if it ever fades. They do it right on the spot and it only takes 10 minutes. Went in to get my wedding rings resized to a larger size but was concerned because my band has a lot of detail (filigree and diamonds) that completely encompasses the entire band. I was worried that adding extra gold would make it look awful having to cut the design in two. They said they would take a look at it and call me to let me know what they could do. After they called and said they could do it I put my trust in them and hoped for the best. When I picked up my rings I was pleasantly surprised at how great the additional gold added to the band looked.
