I saw Crown Pressure Washing while walking the dogs in the neighborhood. They looked like they were doing an excellent job so I decided to give them a try. Jeffrey Cross, the owner, was quick to reply to my email requesting a quote. He came by and gave me a quote. We decided to have the house pressure washed along with the driveway, walk and sidewalk. First, he showed up on time and on the day he promised! Second, he protected the koi pond and third, he scrubbed the gutters - and not just the ones on the first floor of the house. The gutters shined liked they had been just installed or repainted. The house sparkled and who knew that the driveway and sidewalk were so dirty (eeeewww!) Jeffrey Cross, owner of Crown Pressure Washing arrived at my house at the designated time and made a great first, second, and third impression on me. He drove a van with a tank and sprayer built in, and he carried the proper supplies to get the job done professionally. Jeffrey washed my entire house, (and it is large) and made the siding, bricks, porches all look brand new. He took pride in his work and even made my windows sparkle. I told him about a clogged gutter and he agreed to climb back up on the roof, with another ladder and a different wand and the proper nozzle, so he could unclog the gutter, which of course, I paid him extra to do. I have had several pressure washing companies do work at my house, and some just don't know what they are doing, but Crown Pressure Washing does. They are busy so it may take a little while for Jeffrey to call you back ,or to get you job scheduled, but they are worth the wait, because they are the best at what they do ,and Jeffrey Cross is just a fantastic person. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purchased a $79 special from Living Social and just got a refund TODAY. I purchased the deal on April 10 and soon after tried to call. After getting no response, I sent a text to the number and received an automatic response. When I finally talked to Jeff (the owner), he told me he couldn't schedule me until May 3. I own the house but live more than an hour away. I currently have a tenant living there, and I told her the company would come out on the 3rd. I didn't give her a time because it was never discussed with Jeff. Besides, the work occurs to the outside of the home. From what I remember of the conversation, Jeff also told me no one had to be home. This morning (May 3) I saw a missed call from Crown and remembered the appointment he scheduled all the way back on April 14. He said he was at the house and couldn't reach the tenant so he was leaving. He also said he'd charge me a reschedule fee. I countered by asking where is it in writing that he needed the tenant at the house or needed to be available by phone. It's a pressure wash which means it all happens OUTSIDE the home. He said he needed to verify he's at the right place. If I give you an address and you show up to a house with the same address, then you're at the right house!
