I called Powdersville Florist & Gifts, an actually spoke to REAL Florist!!! Brandi was able to take my order, and even though her internet was down preventing me from paying (I'm in AZ), she made a beautiful arrangement and even sent me several pictures building my confidence that I picked the right florist. She was able to take my payment using another method (after she made the arrangement, talk about trust) and had the order DELIVERED in just over an hour from beginning to end!!!! Now that is service!!! @Connie Baker, you have a winner with Brandi, I have been in customer service for over 45 years, and this is what great service is all about! I purchased a succulent plant for delivery to a good friend. I am out of town, so this was ordered…read moreonline. I paid over $80 for this. Expressions Unlimited delivered a very small pot with 4 small succulents in it. Within 3 days of receipt, my friend stated the leaves on ALL FOUR succulents fell off and the plants appeared dead. My friend went up to the shop to ask about this, and they accused her of "water logging" the plants since the container (that THEY SENT the plants in) is not appropriate for drainage for that type of plant. First of all, they chose this container, not us. Second of all, there is no way the plants would develop root rot and die within 3 days, the plants must've been overwatered before receipt. Third of all, they refused to replace the plants or issue any refund, even partial. I am horribly disappointed and would not recommend this business to anyone looking for customer service or healthy plants/flowers.
