I purchased a succulent plant for delivery to a good friend. I am out of town, so this was ordered online. I paid over $80 for this. Expressions Unlimited delivered a very small pot with 4 small succulents in it. Within 3 days of receipt, my friend stated the leaves on ALL FOUR succulents fell off and the plants appeared dead. My friend went up to the shop to ask about this, and they accused her of "water logging" the plants since the container (that THEY SENT the plants in) is not appropriate for drainage for that type of plant. First of all, they chose this container, not us. Second of all, there is no way the plants would develop root rot and die within 3 days, the plants must've been overwatered before receipt. Third of all, they refused to replace the plants or issue any refund, even partial. I am horribly disappointed and would not recommend this business to anyone looking for customer service or healthy plants/flowers. read more

So usually I love this place ! I have used them for two ish years and I usually just call and tell them a price and request aromatic flowers , colorful lovely . Etc because they do wonders here . I spoke with Genie and she was lovely but she was just trying to upsell , use the website and I'm like I understand this but you are florists and create bouquets and have created so many for me without question. why would I want to buy a standard off the "website" when the florists there do a spectacular job on the spot ??? I live in Washington state so I can't be present , but if I wanted to use a website I would... I have used this service for over two years and never been told to refer to the website is this a new policy ? Best customer service ever! We ordered a prom corsage with pickup based on what we thought the schedule for the day would be. Everything changed the day before, which would make it nearly impossible to pick up the corsage in our narrow window at our scheduled pickup time. I left a message at 6 pm on a Friday night asking if there was any way we could pick up the corsage in the morning instead of at 3 pm. A big change, on a day when there were multiple proms going on in town. I'm sure they were busy. They texted me at 8 am the next morning saying the would make it happen, and they were working on it immediately. They texted me again with a picture when it was done shortly thereafter. We were able to go pick it up before everything else we had for the day started. Thank you for your customer service and flexibility, and making our hectic day a bit easier. I called to order an Easter Lily for a "Secret Pal" activity. The person who answered the phone went to see what was available and returned to tell me she had found one that was really pretty with several blossoms. I was able to give her all the necessary info over the phone and was delighted to learn that my order would be delivered the next day. Received flowers from here last Friday. A gorgeous bouquet of Stargazer lilies. Some might not have seen them at that impressive since only a few blooms were open, BUT like they say on the website, this is done on purpose to enjoy flowers over an extended amount of time. So I've had pretty, fragrant blooms for 6 days now and still have two to open with very minimal browning on anything in the vase. I wasn't at home at the time of delivery and they were placed beside my front door and even got a call from before closing to confirm I had received them safely. I am not sure what has happened to Expressions. Maybe they have over expanded and are too comfortable. On my last two visits to them I needed sympathy flower arrangements. The first visit I settled on something I really didn't like because they did not have the silk flowers I wanted and they were not willing to get them. On the second visit, the silk flowers were in an arrangement but the arrangement was not what I wanted. So when I told them specifics I was once again told they did not have them and were sorry. Terrible experience here. Paid $65 for 11 flowers that died in 2 days... I came in to get flowers for my anniversary in June. I asked for a dozen red tulips. First, they were $65! It was the day of and I wanted something better than grocery store flowers so I went with it... They had them on hand so I waited for them in store, only took about 15 minutes for them to get it ready. When they bring them out the flowers are not at all bloomed, but she assures me that they were just closed because they were in the fridge but the flowers would bloom and last at least 2 weeks. The flowers were in a vase, with water, all of this in a handy travel box, and they gave me a packet of flower food and told me to use it after about a week. On my drive home (about 10 minutes) most of the flowers start to open up and they start looking really pretty, so I'm actually getting really excited at this point. But over the rest of the day I start to get worried that there opening up too much... wake up the next morning and about half of the petals have fallen off, the greenery is starting to sink, everything is looking terrible! They were all completely dead and trash by the -second- day! I'm not a flower expert, maybe tulips aren't in season in June, which would be fine but no one at the store told me that! At some point I counted the flowers, much to my surprise they only had given me 11! I'm so disappointed in my experience... read more

Honestly they have earned every star. I kept driving by seeing all the cool decorations and wasn't sure what exactly they were. I went inside and found out they are a florist but they also make a lot of the seasonal decorations and wreaths they have on display. I decided to order a Halloween/fall wreath through expressions and two weeks later I had a product that exceeded my expectations. I placed an order this morning with an online company SendFlowers.com and paid extra for same day delivery. It is my daughter's 21st birthday and her and 5 of her friends have reservations at Soby's in Greenville, SC. Sendflowers.com took my order of a bouquet of balloons & flowers totaling be delivered to Soby's today by 5:00 pm. I received an email (not even a phone call) stating that they were sorry but my delivery would not be completed today but would be delivered tomorrow.
