I was able to get a quote online and everything was handled seamlessly. The house looked and smelled fresher compared to before, which was a huge relief! While I did have to remind the ladies a few times to wipe the light switches, and a few spots were still missed, i dont blame them since its a larger home and they had already spent 3+ hours cleaning. It's tiring! I ended up spending another 1 hour myself spot cleaning after they left, but thats due to my own OCD higher standards. Love that they made my carpets looked vacuumed. The ladies did a great job in most areas even though a few areas were initially missed (edges of kitchen sink, stove grates, etc.). I reduced the work being asked of them from last time as it seems they are slow paced especially as they charge by the hour and not the project. I asked for them to do standard clean of my 2 small bathrooms. And my floors. Let's just say she couldn't get through that. She spent 75 mins in my tiny bathrooms. And then had 45 minutes to vacuum and mop my floors. And she still didn't finish that. The largest and most used room was untouched. She had time left but she wanted to go at her slow pace. It was odd because she didn't seem to have what she needed to wipe the floor. And she didn't use a vacuum to pick up the dirt and trash. She didn't move any chairs around to get under things or under any rugs. There was no heavy lifting that would have taken this long. In my opinion she had enough time to do what was asked of her. It shouldn't take 2 hours to clean the floor and do 2 bathrooms. I can do all that within an hour. I think bc it's an hourly service vs. a project service they take advantage. My regular maid cab deep clean my house by herself in 4 hours! I can do all of that in much shorter time. I use a vacuum and my mop kit. I want ti like them. And use them again. And wish I can give them a better rating but I can't. Also, they sent the same maid from the first time. So I don't know what it's like with different ones.

For the bathroom clean, Jazmin came with one of her employees and was able to finish in a couple hours. She brought all of her equipment, and they were super efficient. I was able to tour and check out the work. For the condo clean, Jazmin came with a team of 3 additional employees as it required a carpet clean as well as cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. Jazmin finished under the estimated time she gave and charged me a little less since the work wasn't as extensive as needed.
